Please does free shipping items get lost completely? My two January and February orders are on free shipping but till today 23rd May 2018 I have not received those orders.

My brother collect your money back. I failed to open a dispute for an order placed on January. My dear, that order got missing till today. I have to reorder it this month which I collected yesterday being Monday. I have another two orders that are February which also got missing till today but I have collected my refund since the delivery time has elapsed. I still need those products but I don't know what to do now. Whether to reorder from same company on Aliexpress or order through eBay.

They don't charge name here. I give them money at random. When ever I feel like. I give like N500. After like 4 to 5 deliveries

I have opened dispute and won all of them. My refunds have all been paid. I promised the sellers of those items that if I later receive their items that I will notify them so as to pay them back.

Then these two in the image below wasn't free shipping. I paid everything but till today I can't access these items.

I meant that I won the dispute as the time for delivery has passed. After 60days the system wanted to mark that I have received the order but I won the dispute. I have lost 2 pieces of screen guard just because I do nothing and was hoping the order will arrive but till today no show.

These Orders are of January and February. I have collected back my refund but they are yet to be received by me. I have checked and checked the post office but no information about them. Does it mean that they are now lost items? Will they still cone or should I reorder those items again? What is the cause of their lost through the mail agents? Many Orders placed after them has been received. First one in the picture is power bank battery 18650 and the second one is power bank case used to recase power bank batteries.

This my order has been over 2 months but I can't receive it. What will I do?
