The NBC will not grant license to a religious organization to own a radio station. But u can apply as an independent business and get a license. Then you can make 95% of your content to be gospel. Play gospel songs, preach, teach, messages, etc. then you add conventional things like news broadcast. It's that simple

. The stations you mentioned are satellite stations aka free to air, from your original post you said it was a radio station. You need to clarify the type of station you are implementing but like I said, NBC won't allow terrestrial tv or radio stations that are religious. Am talking about the likes of ait and cool fm.

People, including you, might take his business plan and read like a novel without doing anything or implement it without partnering with him. He should continue the way he's doing.
