If you experience any problem in filling the ds160 form, you are not the only one and it's not evil spirit. I feel the traffick would be much at this time because of the people who are booking appointments. Just keep trying it. I tried mine around 9 times (morning and night) before I eventually filled it.

Cgi isn't showing me whether there are appointments available or not, it's just showing: you are approaching the max number.... Please complete your transaction at this time. What could be wrong please?

I informed my school about the I-20 thing and they told me it's no longer an issue as shown in the attached file.
If it's going to come at extra cost, should I just print the emailed one on paper please?
Although I haven't secured an appointment yet.

Thank you for the response. I have sent a request to them. Now, I got a reply that I should forward the email sent by the embassy to them. The issue now is that I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MAIL.

On your I20, there's 'school official to contact upon arrival'. That's your US point of contact. Enter the person's name, email address, phone number and your school address
Passport /travel document number is your passport number
Passport book number does not apply

Please boss, can I start my ds160 all over if there are few changes I want to make, as I already submitted one. In line with this, can I now use my old visa appointment fee (and reference) that I paid to schedule an appointment?
