Dearest honorable Blexxomark, and other amiable gurus in the house i was asked by my client to refurbish this 3m fibre dish,just want to know the materials to use and the step by step procedure in applying those materials.pls ,i nor wan for my hand for the guy o!

I rescan multi tv last night & tv3 didn't show again i edit d tp from (12525v27500) to (12525v30000) yet it didn't work, i even delete d key line & reput again yet it didn't work. pls anyone with active key should pls help me srt4950

carefully check the frequeny with which your blindscan is working with multi tv,then enter the frequency ,symborate and tv3 key.

use your regular 60cm dish to track yamal 402 with frequencies;11045V40000,11008V05000.

patch the decoder with the latest software,espcially the one from middle east,then press F1 8280,then enter your key.

no, but to d best of my knowledge every strong boxes that is original will work. if u know that ur box is original go ahead

peolple who tried it with 4669 series before complained that theirs ,have stopped working!
And they don't just work with any original strong decoder they only work with 4922 series, 4950 series and 4955 series.4329,4330 & 4669 can't do it.

pls,i just want to know,have you tried it with 4669 series before and it work? Because i am fully aware that 4669 series have been excluded i.e they re no longer strong FTV compliant.

you can't pair 4669 family with mytv smartcard.Go for srt4950H or srt4955.

when you get fake decoder of the same kind,insert ur flash drive into the decoder and upload the software into your ur flash. Then insert ur flash into your decder.make sure its only the software you ve in the flash,insert it into ur decoder,make sure u switch it off ,hold the power button in front of ur decoder while holding the power button switch it on,then decoder will start loading,u will notice it in the front display then remove ur hand from the power button ,after upgradint the decoder will reboot itself.

For box to box upgrade just connect the two box together tru rx232 cable switch on the two decoders,enter menu of the good one,navigate to data transfer,u will see firmware transfer klick on it,then your decoder will uprade with its firmware and reboot.dats all!

@chinedu7 & GURUS wit gud info PLS i need ur urgent attention 2 my enquiry,i ‘ve 4669xi but it z fake & 2 months ago d decoda fried wit some dots @ d face of d decoda,i took 2 a technician @ 57 iweka RD who fixed it then by changing d “IC“ & when i took it home i found out dat d signal 4 TVC z flunctuating & not showing-I asked 4 solution here & got patch 3.17p but when i instaled it into d decoda it fried once more (1)Z there way 2 revive it by self (2)Z dere beta cure 4 TVC & TV3 2 work on d decoda (3)hw do i factory reset it 2 remove d already patch in d decoda-TNX

you killed the decoder yourself ,you know its fake you went ahead to upgrade it with original software!upgrading fake decoder with original software from crosat could be fatal!
All you need do now is to get fake software same kind and upgrade the decoder with it or look for a fake of same kind and do a box to box upgrade,you will be fine!
For tv3,after reviving ur decoder,enter the channei and press 8280 and enter the key,for tvc to work fine just finetune the signal to get high signal ,thats all

The last time l paired my smart card with the decoder, it only worked for few weeks and then went no access. Is there any other special way of pairing?.

mine is still working.i ve also done it for more than three people ,they re all working,just go to www.stronghd.tv for activation and registration of the smartcard.Thats all!mind you srt4669 family as been excluded!

Are you sure because as far as I know you only get 14 channel's mostly the locally base Nigeria channels such as ait, silverbird, rave tv, ntai and co after you registered the card with the decoder.

Thats true,but they are promisisng to make the channels about 150 channels.It does not only work with the FTV smart card,it also work with mytv smartcard.u just need to pair your decoder with your smartcard.

In that case just back-up your channels and keys. Then head over to http://crosat.us/upload/index.php?&direction=0&order=mod&directory=Strong%20Receivers/Strong%20WIZKID%20Files/Strong%204%20Middle%20East and download the latest patch for SRT4950H, extract it, rename the extracted file rom.bin and put it at the root of a clean flash drive.

Switch off your decoder, plug in your flash drive, hold down the circular button at the front of your decoder and switch it on, wait for the message 'Find USB Drive' then release the button.

The decoder will flash itself to factory setting. Then upload your channels and voila!

Why not back-up the channel list and keys, then do a factory reset.
After resetting recover/update your channel list and keys from your ealier back-up.

Felow nairalanders, please, how can i get master code to unlock the previously changed password of 4950H? I tried 0103&3010,but they could not open it.

Like I said, the lnb without plate can only be used as primary or on top if used below you will lose Thaicom unless you want to sacrifice Thaicom, again using Ku-Band on top is OK but could be problematic when finding the dish balance because Ku-Band signal tends to disappear with slight shift. Example I am in Anambra State where 9e is difficult, when I used Ku-Band on top of the primary, finding the balance between getting 9e, IS20 ku and MBC became problematic because 9e goes with slightest shift and I still had to balance the other lnbs, that is why I ended up with ku as primary and it worked.

on yamal 402@54.9 deg. E; where you ve champion tv.multi tv is not on hotbird but astra 2f ,use 12522v27000,11595v30000,11675h30000.

Okay. I will try another modem today. I used GLO bolt modem for it before but the decoder don't recognise it.

just get urself hauwei modem and u will be fine with it
