Deep Soul: Wrong. The cheapest you can get a Limited Liability Company registered for is N60,000. Getting an incorporated trustee registered can also not be done for less than N120,000. It is never done for less than that amount. If it takes three months, it's very much the Govt's fault as they haven't put in place the necessary modalities required for it to be done faster.True but there are people that can make it less stressful.I do business names at 25 and ltds at 60 so gimme a call or send a mail 08067124340, 07068871340 |

Now off the record, Its okay for you to include a relative or close friend as long as the person has the interest. The way you check such is through the share ratio. You can have 90% while the other person is left with 10%. That way, you control majority of the company's shares.Making u the major share holder |

ITbomb: what is the maximum value of contract I can get with a registered enterprise in Nigeria compared with Limited Liability CompanyThe value cannot exceed 1m.this also can limit one as the person giving d contract will look at d personal liability of d owner and not the company but a limited is seperated from d owner.
