How does the court of law handles a case of 'Betrayal of trust' particularly, when one party fair to fulfill an unwritten agreement?
e.g., in a religious circle, and and especially amongst the clergy, a young minister believes in a particular senior minister even as a clan related brother, the young man agreed to serve the senior in his skilled labour for the senior to buy landed property for him, the senior too acquired the same but played pranks to delay handing - over until the landed property appreciated and the senior seems reluctant to fulfill his side of agreement. the senior is even asking for the original amount to be refunded to him by the junior .

What legal avenue can the junior access, if all pleas fairs?. please, legal experts in the house.

I have already told that neighbour some minutes ago not to send my account. because if they do, and it's ends up to be a bad deal, I will expose them as soon as I see the alert. How do I Detect if the Money sent into my account is a genuine money or criminals's money?
Granting that, Most times, Neighbours come around to ask I give them my account so that, their friend or family members want to send some amount of money to them. even though, I asked them to be sure, its not a fishy deal's money. But they assure me it's a clean money. But how can I be sure or detect when the money is lodged into my account. especially if it's in tune of a Million plus?
