I think this op is an slowpoke. I know some very fantastic students who on a normal day should score exceptionally high marks in the exam but who ended up scoring 230 or thereabouts. Ironically, there are few other ones I know who are not as sound as those previously mentioned and who scored 280 and above. I heard the case of one student last year who was a former mathematics champion in Nigeria scoring as low as 50 in JAMB math. You know what? The guy went on to score 100% in both Math and Physics in the post UTME at OAU, Ife.

This year's UTME is perhaps the worst organised exam in the history of this nation. The first discrepancy came when JAMB informed the nation that the exam would start on 29th of February, only for the students to discover after checking the site that it would start on 27th February. The students that sat the exam on Saturday, 27th and Monday 29th February and who were expecting very good results had very woeful ones. JAMB must have realized something was wrong somewhere that it quickly added 40 phantom marks for all of them.
Another area of complaint by the students is that they performed very poorly where they were expecting good marks and did very well in subjects they hardly touched because of inadequate time. Majority also complained about the servers in the centres and even the computers.
One pertinent question we need to ask JAMB is- Where did the 40 marks given to the students come from, and why was it deducted in the first place ? Do we parents just fold our hands and watch our children waste another year at home because of a fault not completely theirs ? One very glaring factor in this year's exam is that JAMB is not ready yet for CBT. Why don't we just go back to our paper and pencil exam ?

May God continue to protect us all o. May all these accidents here and there never be our portion.

Yes, Jesus is also God in the sense that he is the blessed trinity, God the father,son and holy spirit, the son part is what you know as Jesus, the holy spirit part is why you conceive him to be immortal and does magic lol while the father part is you being created in his image. That's that about the fairytales of God existence and crappy tales of Jesus.

Dear fellow Christians, please kindly enlighten me more and please don't abuse my ignorance. I am a bit confused about what goes on in the Christendom now. We now refer to Jesus himself as God, but in Matthew 3:17 after Jesus' baptism, a voice said 'this is my beloveth child....' I believe that voice to be of God, the Father. Also in John 14:6 Jesus said 'I am the way....... no one comes to the father but by me.' All these indicate that there is still a superior being over Jesus, who is the father (God). How come we have now cancelled the Father (God) and now refer to Jesus as God himself

But what gives anybody the label of Islam, Christianity, Hinduism etc as the case may be is the religion which the person has chosen to identify with, not necessarily how good he/she is in practising that religion. Not every Christian can recite John 3:16 (the most popular Bible verse), goes to church at least once a week or prays everyday. But that doesn't make them non Christians in the nominal sense.

Yes, you are right. But the fact is that most of them are either born by Muslim parents or they are Arabs. The fact that they don't practise the religion means they are not Muslims. That's what I believe though.
