The crisis went to court over who conducted valid party primaries. Eventually, the Supreme Court ruled that the APC did not conduct valid primaries in Rivers State. Because of that judgment, INEC excluded APC candidates from the 2019 Rivers elections entirely. Even though elections held, APC candidates could not participate because the court decision came before the election process was finalized. But somehow, somewhere, the election were done again and Rotimi Chibike Ameachi was reinstated as the governor, without EYENECK, LONGNECK INEC cutting short the glory of the man and that of his entire State.

Another important example is the People's Democratic Party (PDP) governorship crisis in Zamfara State in 2019 involving the APC. The APC actually won the governorship and legislative elections in the state, but the Supreme Court later ruled that the party’s primaries were invalid due to internal factional disputes. As a result:
APC winners lost their positions.
The candidates of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), who came second in the election, were declared winners and sworn into office, BY THE COURT, not EYE/LONGNECK INECK
That case showed that party faction and primary-election disputes can overturn election victories after the election has already been conducted.
So in Nigeria:
Elections have held during factional crises.
Candidates have lost offices because their party lost in court.
Other candidates have been restored or declared winners after court judgments on party legitimacy or primaries.

Okay, let's compare that to now. What has Tinubu, the NASS and the Judiciary done to this country now to shortchange the glory and future of this entire nation. So, if anybody wants to kill a politician's career, it is just to silent him through INEC. Is it fair? Is INEC a court?

One clear example is the crisis in the People's Democratic Party (PDP)⁠� around 2016–2017, when there were rival factions led by:
Ahmed Makarfi faction
Ali Modu Sheriff faction
Both groups claimed leadership of the party. During the crisis, INEC largely avoided taking sides and waited for the courts to determine the legitimate leadership before fully recognizing one faction. Eventually, the issue was settled by the Nigerian Supreme Court in favor of Makarfi’s faction.
Another example is the Labour Party Nigeria⁠� leadership disputes in recent years, where factions emerged and INEC stated that leadership issues are often subject to party constitutions and court decisions rather than immediate interference.
The reason INEC often does not interfere directly is because political parties in Nigeria are generally expected to manage their internal affairs, except where electoral laws are clearly violated or court judgments require INEC action.

Adjourning a political party case during political season is an injustice on its own. Which case deserves accelerated hearing more than this ? How is the judiciary want to defend that they are politically neutral ?

That's how it used to be in Nigeria when we have true democracy, and when the court announce the right faction they will takeover with their candidates without INEC interference.
