TolaniLuv: Thank you very much for the enlightenment. I read it somewhere online and wanted to know why they do it.
It means a good thing not ritual. It’s good thing to try You are welcome! You can ask me anythings! I will try to do my best to answer your questions! Yes! Good things! Oh! Ritual?! My late grandparents had Kamidana (Kamidana is a small Shinto altar) in their home. Kamidana need place some offerings. One of offerings is salt (Morishio). So, they always had Morishio on their Kamidana. I maybe can say it? call it? ritual. But not bad meanings. Offerings for Kami sama (Japanese Shinto deities? God?) and praying for prosperity and success their business. Same things like some shops put Morishio in their entrance! |

TolaniLuv: I don’t know if you are still on Nairaland.
Are you Japanese woman?
I have a question about the culture, and why do Japanese people always put Salt in front of their shop ? Does it brings luck or anything like that? Morishio ? Hello, TolaniLuv san! How are you? Yes, I'm a Japanese woman Wow! You know Morishio! TolaniLuv san living in Japan? Yes, something like that! Morishio have some meanings like prosperity and success for business, Amulet, purify foulness etc. Some peoples even doing it their home front door. So, any shop have Morishio main meaning is wishing or praying prosperity and success their business. Salt is for cooking. But here have also another meaning? purpose? like Morishio etc. Have you ever seen or heard about Japanese peoples who went to funeral put salt for their body before enter the house when they are coming back to home? That is purify or cleanse. I also have heard about put salt like that meaning not bringing dead person's soul or not dead person's soul get lost on their way. Anyway, I'm very sorry about late reply to you. And I hope this question is to me! |

Ishilove: He is an unfortunate fellow with a questionable home training; a Hentai (I suspect hentai means oloriburuku omo ale in Japanese). Peacefull am I correct? Oh! "Oloriburuku omo ale" meaning Hentai in Nigeria? If I wanna say Hentai in Nigerian language, I can say oloriburuku omo ale? I think I saw word "oloriburuku" many times on this website. But I don't know what is meaning "oloriburuku". If I'm not misunderstood, "olori" meaning Queen? I don't know which English is Hentai. When I checked and read about how to say Hentai in English, I saw many words like pervert, freak, abnormal, kinky, sexual perversion etc. Anyway, I'm sorry about late reply to you. Happy New Year! |

Crime › Re: Follow Up: Nigerian Locked Up for the Case of Rape —The Walk, The End. by peacefull(f): 12:28am On Dec 28, 2022 |
Skyeyeye: Yes, he was convicted of rape. If you were the experienced type, you would know 1 in every 20 incarcerated sex offenders in the US are actually innocent. Did you read about how Cornerstore Caroline falsely accused a certain black 9-year old boy of sexual assault in Brooklyn? She claimed the 9-year old boy grabbed her bumbum and called the police on him. The boy was traumatized and started crying. It was later on that the CCTV revealed it was the boy's back bag that touched her buttocks while he was passing by with his mother. What if there was no CCTV? The young boy would have lived with the trauma all his life.
As for the case of this 13 year old girl, I am saying there's still possibility he didn't commit the crime.
Regarding the bolded, I have seen you make so much false claims on this forum which a genuine law professional could easily detect that this so called lawyer is either a quack or a liar. And I can tell you lie a lot and love to claim what you're not. So, if you don't have proof of his sex offence in Japan, I will just assume you're lying again.
Lastly, there's a difference between doubting a rape conviction and supporting rape. But I guess your brain power is too low for that. The same me that feels he might be innocent might as well suggest he gets burnt to death if I later discover he's guilty. I would have also suggested the white woman in the screenshot below who scorned that boy and falsely accused him of sexual assault be put in jail for life. Here is proof of his sex offence in Japan. Very very disgusting! She is not lying. She told you the truth!

I'm sorry about late reply to you. I thought too and sometimes I'm still think he is married in Nigeria. I think I have trust issue But I wanna trust my Oga! I'm a very confusing person and many many times I'm so emotionally. How I wrote about my Oga is making him look like or sound like a bad person. This is very very bad about me. He is a good person!
