At OP tho Asia is far Safer in crime related issues compared to other Regions I refuse to believe No.4 to the Case of japan.

I didn't know before that many peoples know about Yakuza.

About No4, bicycle and umbrella is true.
Sometimes police stop and ask person who is riding bicycle about their bicycle.
If had register, very easy to proof them about that bicycle is their bicycle.
That register is save for steal.
If lost bicycle, that register number is important.
Peoples who don't lock their door is I think only countryside.

No9 is remind me about old days.
My school (class) is divided students for group.
1group is 5or6 students and everyday clean up group by group. Like today is group1, tomorrow is group2 or week by week etc.
Before start holiday like summer holiday, winter holiday etc will clean up with everybody.

One day, I escaped from clean up.
I ignored clean up and I left.
Because I wanted play with friends. I didn't wanna clean up.
When I go to school next day, my teacher warned me and he told me that I must clean up alone.
Because my group did it without me.
I wanted escape again. But he watched me and catched me. So I couldn't escape again.
But my teacher helped me.
I did it with him and he praised me and gave me snack after clean up.
That snack is secret for another class mate.
I still remember him very well and I still like him! He is my great teacher!!

And I saw news before about sexually transmitted disease is increasing young peoples especially young girls around Tokyo.
They don't know when they got it and some peoples don't know they already have it.
Then they give it to another person.
Warned about use protection and don't try to have sex with many different persons.
(I know some disease is not only from sex)

Worry about virgins and worry about someone who have sex with many different persons at same time.

If you can come and buy it, I think that is best.

Some criminal (both Japanese and foreigners) steal and sell it in Japan or send it abroad.
Many peoples arresting.
They maybe will not tell you about their crime.
Some of them are group.
But some peoples don't know about they are thieves and buy it from them.
I don't want anyone engage them and I don't want anyone become their victim.

So you need to make sure which company is right company.
I'm also searching it. Not only about visa.
But I don't know which company is right company and which company is good for you.
I need time for confirm it.

It's simple and provided applicant has genuine intent

Applicant must have genuine business ongoing in Nigeria
Applicant must have enough funds in company's account
Applicant will contact the company/companies he intends buying parts from
Applicant must deposit some money with that company as commitment
Japanese company will then send invitation letter, showing applicant is genuine for business.

It is a business visitor Visa.

That's what I did in 2015 and my Visa was released within 4 days. I applied on 28th September, 2015 Visa was issued 2nd October

I read it on Immigration, lawyer, public notary etc Website.
Seems like difficult to get kind of visa if don't have any relationship with company in Japan.
But I have heard some foreigners doing kind of business like buy used bicycle, personal computer etc and send it their country.
But I don't think everybody have contract with company in Japan.
So I also wanted know what kind of visa and permission they have.
I think if someone already living in Japan, maybe not so difficult. I'm not sure. But maybe.
I will try to find out what to do someone who don't have any relationship with company in Japan if had how to do.

I was checking about business visa.
But business visa is seems like difficult if don't have any relationship with company in Japan.
I also checked about what to do for buy something and send it to abroad like business.

Japan is really getting strict about illegal now.
If made mistake or misunderstand and that was illegal, it's gonna be big problem.
I don't want anybody make mistake lead to illegal.

About Japanese language school, Not they don't give visa for Nigerian peoples.
Get visa for Nigerian peoples is getting difficult year by year.
You still have chance if you can find out language school where allow Nigerian student.
If you are still serious about that, Please try to learn Japanese before apply and get certificate from JLPT(Japanese Language Proficiency Test)

About toilet, If still can't excretion by him or herself, Please use something like tissue paper or toilet paper etc, touch anus or water works(urinary organs) with little bit soft massage. So you can make him or her excretion.
When cat take care of baby, they are licking and make them urination or poop.
When he/her start excretion by him/herself, teach him/her toilet like box and sand.

They don't writing about statement of bank account.
They are inform about what you need for apply like certificate of eligibility, your picture etc, and required documents for school.

But they can add some documents when they need which they don't inform on home page.

I think school demand you to statement of account. I don't know that every school demand you or not.
But I checked some school's home page, they are writing about bank certificate.
So if your school demand you bank certificate, you need it when you apply in embassy.

How to explain in English is still very hard to me.
I think someone had experience about that know very well and you can check Japanese embassy in Nigeria home page.

The basic fact is that Japanese are not religious people but they respect every one with his religion..
