TV/MoviesRe: Depiction Of Nigerians In "District 9" by peachie(f): 7:56pm On Sep 21, 2009
angryIts funny how everyone is ranting about this issue! If nigerians are truly the way we were depicted in the film then God help us. I know its hardly the case, so why make a fuss. There are always 'jokes' about all nationalities, 'a dark side', C'mon how many times have pple asked me (in london o) about monkeys jumping about in our backyards in africa or if we practice voodoo etc. So i speak for MYSELF when i say i was'nt offended at all and i enjoyed the film. Chill out people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CelebritiesRe: Quincy Jones: Michael Jackson "didn't Want To Be Black" by peachie(f): 6:19pm On Jul 04, 2009
huhIf you know Micheal Jackson's story @ all, Joe Jackson never made it as a musician and so he relived the fame in his children. Except that Micheal was the 'whiz kid' and practically carried the jackson 5! Micheal being the most sensitive of them, was scarred the most, read his story pple before you judge. Considering what he went through i think he did pretty good for himself. He has given so much to charity, especially childrens charities. The media just love to carry negative news because it sells. Remember he was 50 when he died, he cannot be a saint! Many of us with that much wealth would be up to all sorts! HE NEVER HAD A NORMAL LIFE, SO HE CANNOT BE NORMAL!

RIP micheal you have now got the peace you so deserve. cry

Music/RadioRe: Artistes That Have No Business In The Music Industry by peachie(f): 2:22pm On Mar 11, 2009
When i  hear some so called 'naija artists' i cringe because its all about making money these days, no creativity, no rythm and rhyme and worst of all no originality. The likes of kc presh, durella, and especially [b]JAZZMAN OLOFIN have NO business in the industry!!!!!!!!!!!! angry angry angry Oh and i forget ALARIWO.

People stop investing in crap, listen to good music from the likes of KSA, OBEY, SADE ADU, MAJEK FASHEK, ASA, TY, ONYEKA, MIKE OKRI AND FELA etc and get used to good classic music that will last forever. My 2 kobo.
