Emmy9ite: I am also a victim of what is happening to you. I dont get sick always bt when i browse too much i get depressed,get angry at everything,have headache. Smashing your bb would just make me commit suicide coz i will miss you so much. Reduce the time you spend online,the best way to stop an addiction is to get addicted to another thing. Just like the other poster said...read books,watch t.v and most importantly,think about me!

Alfred27: Spending too much time on fone can make you sick. It happens to me sometimes especially if i'm searching for something on d internet. Try reducing the time you spend browsing. A yoruba adage says'' cutting the head off is nt the cure for headache'' dont bid away your bb. Just try to reduce the time u spend on ur fone. You can spend time with ur friends, read novels, go out, take a walk, chat with your neighbour, develop a new hobby, watch tv e.t.c. Bidding away ur bb will only make it worse. Good luck. STOP SMASHING UR FONE. Its nt the fone that has the problem. Its YOU!!

I don't usually fall ill,it happens like once in a blue moon•but I have come to notice that each time I give in so much using my fone,browsing and all I end up sick•buh am sort of addicted to it all•av never really heard that givin in always to a fone makes one sick•so am confused!I almost knocked down my system,hit my fone on the ground lastnight cause I was so severely down with a terrible headache and cold•i was even gonna give out my bb fone in a bid to stay off d net,I still mean to do all that if its confirmed that actually spending times with ones fone could cause an illness•plz I need advice not beefing,am not feeling so fine so such words would just make me feel worse•tnkz
