However, be very careful of open roles with job descriptions like:

1. Must be willing to work long hours and on weekends when needed/Mandatory overtime _ it usually means they are understaffed and expect you to work overtime. Unless this is definitely something you want, and the company is willing to pay you the right amount for an overtime, skip.

2. Look for someone who excels under pressure _ it means they expect you to finish up multiple tasks within a short deadline.

3. Competitive salary _ They want to lowball you. They want to even pay you less than the standard wage for job roles. Another cue is, these companies don't even put up the salary rate they want to pay you on the job description.
