Different Schools give different scholarships though. You would need a complete profile and a high GRE Score. You may or manly not need to write IELTS because Nigeria is an English speaking country.
Your CGPA is high and I don't think you would have difficulties in securing funds.

No, it was a fresh mail to them. Mine was 8 hrs

I sent a fresh mail to them and i got a response in less that 2 hours after sending one without getting response for about a day.


And is there a way we would know if they've sent a mail to the referees? Just asking tho
