How far back did you try to go...? Have you tried a different later date than going that far back as you did.

Dont be scared of using system restore...as long as you are not going too far back...maybe a week or two weeks

Thanks alot! I did the system restore. It worked on the window 7 but not on windows 8. On the windows 8, it shows errow1311 which I do not understand. Pls what else can I do?

It sounds like you may have to uninstall and install the software again. If you are able to do that...please try that.

Pls, on my window 7 OS, I try to install a point of sale software but it has been loading unstopped! If I shotdown the system and on it again, it still shows loading and this has been on for weeks!
Pls what is the solution?
