Good topic. However, any discussion on type 2 diabetes that does include the gold standard test which is the A1C TEST is not complete. Most people do not know about this test but only rely on daily blood sugar levels, which just gives them a false sense of security when they are on low glucose diet.
A1C test is quite different in that it shows how much glucose has been in the blood averaging over 3-4 months. This is the confirmation result for the chronic disease and not just a one time test.

Also, weight management is key to maintaining a healthy body. When excess glucose consumed is converted to fat and stored in the body, the are mostly stored as visceral fat. This type of fat is detrimental to functioning of the organs. Liver and pancreas are overworked and tired as impaired by visceral fat. Remember, pancreas produces insulin. The hormone that mops up excess blood glucose. There are new treatments involving the use of Glp1 medication for weight loss. It looks like that is what our wicked minister is talking, notice how fast he lost all the weight in just a few periods of time. ( very expensive medicine) .This inevitably results in reduced blood glucose levels .
Lastly, any food choice should target increased insulin production , less carb and less saturated fats.
Also, exercise has been proven to increase insulin production. Expert recommend daily exercise for people with diabetes.
Valid submission

Mind telling us how much the medicine the minister takes cost?

PoliticsRe: Was Nnamdi Kanu Sentence Fair? - Chatgpt Replies by peleson1: 3:16pm On Nov 24, 2025
Shadow225:
Question 1: Was Nnamdi Kanu sentence fair? Give a straight yes or no answer

Chatgpt: No.

Question 2: Care to explain why

Chatgpt: Here is the reasoning, stated clearly and without political bias:

1. The way he was arrested was problematic
Nnamdi Kanu was taken from Kenya and brought to Nigeria through an extraordinary rendition — not through a lawful extradition process. This violates both Nigerian law and international law. When the process of bringing someone to trial is illegal, it already raises fairness concerns.

2. Some charges were struck out by courts
Higher courts, including the Court of Appeal, ruled that several terrorism-related charges were defective or not properly supported by evidence. If the prosecution relies on flawed charges, the fairness of the overall case is affected.

3. The Court of Appeal even discharged him at one point
The appellate court discharged him because of the unlawful rendition. That court essentially said:
You can’t break the law to bring someone to trial, then rely on that same trial as valid.

4. His prolonged detention despite court orders
Multiple courts ordered his release on bail or discharge, yet he remained in custody.
A trial process where court rulings are not obeyed cannot be considered fair.

5. The trial was often not transparent
There were frequent secret sessions, restricted public access, and security-heavy procedures that limited transparency. A fair trial should be open and follow consistent rules.

---

In summary:

Even if someone is accused of serious offenses, the state must follow its own laws and court rulings.
In Kanu’s case, the combination of illegal rendition, non-compliance with court orders, and defective charges leads to a clear conclusion:

His sentencing process was not fair.

If you want, I can also explain whether the substance of the allegations was strong or weak.

Question 3: How would you have sentenced him if you were in the shoes of Justice Omotosho

Chatgpt: If I were in Justice Omotosho’s position, I would be bound by the law, not emotions or politics.
Here is the strictly legal approach I would take:

---

1. First question: Was the arrest lawful?

No — it involved extraordinary rendition (abduction without legal extradition).
Under Nigerian and international law, a court must address an unlawful arrest before proceeding to sentencing.

My ruling:

I would declare the rendition unlawful and hold that the government violated due process.

---

2. Second question: Can I proceed to sentence someone brought to court unlawfully?

Legally, no.
A judge is not supposed to ignore a constitutional violation just to reach sentencing.

Courts in Nigeria (including the Court of Appeal) already held that this violation affected jurisdiction.

My ruling:

I would decline jurisdiction and refuse to sentence him until the government cures the illegality or conducts a lawful extradition.

This is the only option consistent with the constitution.

---

3. Third question: What about the remaining charges?

Even if I hypothetically had jurisdiction:

Many terrorism-related counts were previously struck out by courts for lack of evidence.

The prosecution relied on broad, over-stretched interpretations of “terrorism.”

No direct link between Kanu’s personal actions and specific violent acts was legally proven.

My ruling (if everything was lawful):

I would acquit him of terrorism due to insufficient evidence.

I would only consider sentencing for lesser offenses like incitement or broadcasting harmful statements, but even those require strict proof of direct intent and consequences.

Given the case files, the evidence for these lesser offenses was also weak.

So even in a hypothetical fully lawful process:

I would still not give a prison sentence.

At most, I would consider:

A fine,

A warning,

Or a non-custodial sentence (e.g., restrictions on inflammatory broadcasting).

But not imprisonment.

---

FINAL ANSWER

If I were Justice Omotosho, based on the law and evidence:

👉 I would not sentence Nnamdi Kanu to prison at all.
👉 I would dismiss the case on grounds of unlawful rendition and lack of proven charges.

---

If you want, I can also explain what a fair trial or a politically smart outcome might have looked like for Nigeria’s future.

Question 4: There are concerns that ai is not capable of human perspective, do you think this affect your judgement, i mean people did die - businesses were shutdown, yet you say you wouldnt sentence him?

Chatgpt: Your question is fair — and it’s the kind of question that forces a judge (human or AI) to separate emotion, public anger, and actual legal responsibility.

Let me address it clearly, from three angles:

---

1. “People died, businesses were destroyed — how can you not sentence him?”

Yes, real harm happened.
But harm alone is not enough to sentence a person.
The law requires something more specific:

You can only sentence someone if:

1. The person directly committed the act, OR

2. You can prove beyond reasonable doubt that they ordered, financed, or directly coordinated the act.

In Kanu’s case:

IPOB members did violent things

Some people committed crimes under the “IPOB” name

There were killings, arson, and sit-at-home disruptions

But the legal question is:

“Is there clear, admissible, direct evidence that Kanu himself gave explicit commands that caused those specific crimes?”

The courts found no such evidence strong enough for terrorism charges.

Emotionally, it feels like “the leader should be blamed.”
But legally, you can’t jail someone for what other people did unless direct command is proven.

That is not an AI perspective — that is human legal principle.

---

2. “Does AI lack human perspective?”

I do lack emotions like anger, fear, or ethnic bias.
But that’s actually an advantage when judging legal fairness.

A human judge must avoid:

public pressure

government pressure

emotions about the violence

political bias

A fair judgment must rest on evidence + due process, not emotions.

So no, it doesn’t hurt legal judgment — it actually removes bias.

But I do fully understand the human suffering involved.
I just cannot use that suffering to legally convict someone without proof.

---

3. Why I still wouldn’t sentence him (strict legal reasoning)

Two key issues make sentencing impossible:

A. The government broke the law first.

His rendition from Kenya was illegal.
Once the state violates due process, all subsequent proceedings become contaminated.
A judge cannot legitimize an unlawful arrest with a lawful sentence.

B. The strongest charges lacked evidence.

Many terrorism and violence-related charges were struck out by higher courts.
Without airtight proof linking Kanu personally to specific acts of violence, sentencing him would be emotion-based, not law-based.

A judge must resist that.

---

So here is the human + legal perspective combined:

**People died — and those perpetrators deserve arrest and sentencing.

But you cannot sentence a man simply because others committed crimes in his name.**

If the government had:

done a lawful extradition

properly gathered evidence

proven direct command responsibility

then a sentence would make sense.

But they did not.

---

Final clarification

My judgment is not saying:

“Kanu is innocent of everything,” or

“the violence did not happen,” or

“people did not suffer.”

I’m saying:

A judge cannot punish someone when due process was violated and evidence is insufficient — no matter the public emotion.

If you want, I can also explain:

What would be enough evidence to sentence him

How a fair prosecution could have been done

Or how justice could still be achieved for victims.
AI come sabi law like this ?!

Nigerian govt was seeking his extradition to come and face charges in Nigeria.

The Finish govt refused.
Nigerian govt then quoted Finish laws that Ekpa was violating and demanded that they either hand him over or act on their own laws.

The Finish govt then investigated him and saw probable cause to charge him for incitement
The Finish govt saved his ass. They reviewed Ekpa being a citizen and a reservist and also Nigeria's abhorrent Prison conditions as why they did not extradite him.

Why will the same Nigerian govt you claim Ekpa was working for want him extradited to face charges in Nigeria?

All that nonsense conspiracy was hatched by another faction of IPOB who are the same DoS Kanu sacked .
You seem to be very informed about the operation of IPOB

But me thinks that the way Ekpa was talking and going,he was obviously anti nnamdi Kanu and anti igbos because all his directives were causing more harm than good for the South east region than liberating them and Kanu himself with all his might didn't cause such wahala

I still insist

APC created nnamdi Kanu and IPOB

It was same sacked IPOB DoS and Simeon Ekpa who had taken over the IPOB machinery after Kanu's arrest that sacked this lawyer and appointed that fat clown.

Ekpa even accused Ejiofor of sleeping with Kanu's wife.

They were the ones paying the legal fees and they decided to hire an incompetent team that will see to Kanu's incarceration.

And I also believe they leaked Kanu's travel plan to Kenya to the Nigerian govt.

Judases plenty for that IPOB family . Not that Kanu himself was a saint but its sad to see such betrayal even in a scamming movement like IPOB
I do not think ekpa or whatever his name is actually worked for the he igbo people,I think he was working against igbos and against nnamdi Kanu release. I still feel strongly He was working with Nigerian State . His arrest by finish government was just an upset

1. FIFA Eligibility Rules

FIFA’s rules say a player can represent a national team if they meet one of these:
Born in the country, or
Have a parent or grandparent born in the country, or
Have lived in the country for a minimum of 5 years after turning 18.
Additionally, if a player has already played for one country in a competitive senior match, they usually need FIFA approval to switch allegiance before playing for another country.

2. How National Teams Field Players

Before a match, the national federation submits a squad list to FIFA for official competitions.
For players who have previously represented another country, the federation must include FIFA’s clearance documentation.
FIFA doesn’t “check every player manually” before kickoff; they rely on federations to follow the rules and submit the proper paperwork.

3. What Can Go Wrong

Sometimes, federations make mistakes or assumptions, for example:
A player switches allegiance, but the paperwork isn’t fully processed yet.
A federation misinterprets eligibility rules.
An administrative oversight — the player is called up without proper clearance.

If that happens, FIFA can:

Declare the player ineligible.
Award the match to the opposing team, or impose other sanctions.

4. Key Point

It’s not automatic. FIFA relies on federations to do their part.
Mistakes are rare at top levels because lawyers and officials handle eligibility, but they do happen occasionally.

Rumors about ineligible players sometimes spread without official confirmation, like what you’ve seen with Wan‑Bissaka.
That means this story and information is true and investigations are ongoing.

Thank you for the heads up

Again if it's confirmed, then the 3 points will be deducted .

Meaning Super eagles have a chance .

One thing with FIFA rules

Rules are rules and if proven will stand and no exceptions

It's now a matter to be decided on by the technical team of FIFA and that is one of the reasons they are constituted .

The good part here is that Amaju Pinnick who is a seasoned and well educated intellectual and technocrat and a scholar is there and he is well respected .

I think with this information, at best , Nigeria still stands a chance

This is a serious crime conviction. Stop dancing on the graves of his victims by attempting to sound as if their violent deaths is collateral damage in order to foul up the conviction of Kanu as political. It is criminal, real lives were lost and real people are grieving!

Read quotes from the Judgement report below:

Justice Omotosho noted on Thursday that Mr Kanu described himself as a freedom fighter, but that through the enforcement of his illegal stay-at-home order, arrogating the power of Nigeria’s president to himself, and his inciting online broadcasts, he brought deaths and destructions to the people of South-east for whom claimed to be fighting.

“He turned himself into a tyrant who can kill at will. The defendant cannot be allowed to remain in a sane human society,” the judge said.

Kaliningrad:
🇷🇺 Russia & 🇺🇦 Ukraine have carried out a new exchange of bodies of dead soldiers, Ukrainian officials and Russian state media said on Thursday.

Ukraine said it received 1,000 bodies and Russian state news agency TASS quoted a source as saying Moscow got back 30 bodies.

"Investigators from law enforcement bodies, together with expert agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, will soon conduct all necessary examinations and identify the repatriated bodies," Ukraine's prisoner-of-war coordination centre said on Telegram.

The two sides have conducted a series of such swaps, as well as exchanging live prisoners, in the course of the war that began with Russia's full-blown invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022.

Peace talks remained stalled, however, and negotiators from the two sides have not met face-to-face since July 23, when they talked for just 40 minutes in Istanbul.

European countries pushed back on Thursday against a U.S.-backed peace plan for Ukraine that sources said would require Kyiv to give up more land and partially disarm, conditions long seen by Ukraine's allies as tantamount to capitulation.
Why are they exchanging this same numbers every time? Nawao
