While Mr Tinubu's administration have successfully stabilised Nigeria's economy and the roll off of positive economic news is now a weekly, and in some cases, daily event, Argentina's economy is collapsing, the same Argentina that Mr Atiku was citing as an example of economic reforms and progress less than a year ago.

I also remember several of Mr Obi's supporters hailing the Argentinian president Mr Millie and holding him as an example of a 'good' leader, while casting Mr Tinubu as a terrible and failing one.

Argentina's economy, particularly its currency, is collapsing. Trump's America was forced to rush out news early on Monday announcing that the USA would help and support Argentina with billions of dollars to stabilise the Argentinian currency, the peso, which has more or less collapsed in the past 2 weeks.

How the tides have turned.

Nigeria and Argentina were more or less facing the same challenges as of last year, but while Nigeria has turned its economy around, Argentina's is falling into the abyss despite Mr Millies borrowing over $40 billion dollars in less than 2 years to support the Argentinian peso, yet the currency has failed.

I will continue to rate Mr Tinubu as the best President Nigeria has had since its independence, 65 years ago. Full stop.

The man literally saved us from economic armageddon from which no other country would have come to save us.

Actually he has a point. The way creativity works is that he has to find expression for his present emotional state. And if he's able to do that well, he can make a best selling book, music, painting, movie, etc. Cos it just might appeal to a demography of people dealing with same issues.

Though if it's a demon trying to find expression through him, which is usually the case with secular music, it's best not to let it out. But take some time out to heal.

Speaking with journalists after a tour of the completed facility, the visibly elated Vice-Chancellor described the transformation as a remarkable turnaround, converting a previously dilapidated structure into an ultra-modern hostel that meets international standards. He commended the Governor for his swift intervention and commitment to the welfare of ABSU students.

“On behalf of the entire Abia State University community, we sincerely thank His Excellency for this laudable project. We pray that God will continue to bless him, grant him long life, guide him, and provide him with all the resources needed to fulfill his other promises, including the construction of more hostels, a new Law Faculty building, a new cafeteria, and the holistic development of the University, so that ABSU will rank among the top three universities in Nigeria,” the Vice-Chancellor remarked.

The newly retrofitted Hostel A boasts several outstanding features, including brand-new furniture in all rooms, wooden desks with reading lamps, a state-of-the-art common room, steel double bunks with six-inch mattresses, a public address system for announcements, fire hose reels with active water supply, kitchens and laundries on each floor, constant water supply, and other modern amenities.

Meanwhile, excitement has swept through the student community as hostel C female students begins relocation to the ultra-modern hostel A, while others eagerly anticipate their own turns.

The punishment stemmed from Equatorial Guinea’s use of striker Emilio Nsue, who had not received the required clearance to switch international allegiance from Spain, despite representing the country for over a decade. Nsue scored decisive goals in 1-0 victories against Namibia and Liberia last November, but FIFA annulled those results, awarding 3-0 technical wins to the opponents.

Equatorial Guinea’s appeal to CAS was dismissed, cementing the sanction and dramatically reshaping Group H standings. The team dropped from second place with 16 points to fifth with 10, elevating Namibia to second with 15 points and tightening the battle for qualification spots.

For Nigeria, the ruling could prove decisive. The Super Eagles currently sit third in Group C with 11 points, trailing leaders South Africa (17) and Benin (14).
