If any ex president should return to fix Nigeria it should be Obasanjo, he's the only ex president that can fix Nigeria. Judt imagine speaking from your anus . Wike and all stakeholders against him will never want him to be remembered as a former Governor. PDP has given Wike and his loyalists permission to do all they want with him. Oga go rest . Wike is not with the people in Rivers state. If Wike thinks he is strong let him leave pdp and go to a new party and test his popularity. Eriokanmi: Dangote refinery cannot guarantee that. Because its not the source of the FG's foreign earners. I totally disagree. The birth of the refinery is a way forward but can't also guarantee production for local consumption 100% so, fx demand will continue, including in other sectors like manufacturing.
I'd have reasoned with Dangote, had he said, the policy will slash fx demand by his own refinery by 40% because his refinery won't need to order crude from the Americas anymore, which he'd have paid for in dollars by raking up all the dollars available in our banks and ctreate scarcity of same. Forex demand on petroleum products alone is over 55% Dangote knew exactly what he was saying. He didn't get to this height my mere assumptions QED |

chipet67: Peaceful, yet unproductive. Opobo people are one of the most productive people in Nigeria. There is nothing you can't find when it comes to human development index. Highly professional set of people. Politics has so eroded lots of things that people don't have any sense of respect to or for those who were born firsters. Ada MaC-Pepple was the leading black man in oil and gas ... Long before 90s , Adamac made huge investment in oil and gas and was very successful. Obj in 99 called him to have a stake but he refused just as ibeto refused , obj frustrated MaC-Pepple, targeted his bank fortune bank and made sure he closed it. Obj then went ahead to create his own oil billionaires like otedila , ifeanyi Uba etc All these boys you see these days in oil and gas were not talking when people like Ada MaC-Pepple talked The local content bill that ensures that you nigerians become relevant in oil and gas industry ,which has also created numerous naira billionaires was sponsored by Sen Adawari Pepple ( from Opobo) from 1999-2003. Or do you think that bill just came from no where? MacPepple made a huge effort in making sure that every billions thrown to the nass by numerous IOC , that he countered them with double . Now that singular bill has created more oil billionaires in Nigeria than never before. Yet you won't hear noise or chest beating |

Gerard28: God Bless you my brother. This is exactly the same thing I told my opobo friends who took me there. I told them that they do not talk about opobo enough and I'm not happy About it.
If I was from opobo my mouth wouldn't have rested I have a doctor friend back then in Portharcourt. She studied medicine abroad later she got bsck to Portharcourt then a guy from her tribe Igbo came from Australia to marry her n now lives in Australia. Sometimes last year she called me only to give me charge that I didn't tell her enough about Opobo for her to visit that somehow in Australia she came across Opobo discuss and was shocked how huge it was and she was born in Portharcourt yet she couldn't go to see the wonders . She said she has been reading about it like this and wondered why people don't brag about these things . She said the only reason she will visit sooner would be to visit Opobo . I told her she is lucky that she is married else she will visit and never go back until she marries an Opobo guy. Lol And she agreed . She said from what she read that she is already in love with Opobo people |
