ANS: Revenue generated by FG agencies are distributed via monthly Fiscal Allocation Account Committee (FAAC) to the all tiers of Government, i.e shared among LG, State and Federal Government.

Incase of the State Government, the monies are part of what the State Government received as monthly Federal Allocation. Part of it given to them as budget assisted fund and bailout.
