I guess this happened at Metro Hotel, Oluyole.
If I am correct, then she actually entered my room. I mean, she didn't go home neither did she go back to the other guy. I was watching everything from an angle, so I had to lure her into my room too by doing as if I'm empathizing her.
In a nutshell, your ex is a w*ore. She's very good in bed and she wasn't on her period that day.
Just thank your stars for not marrying her. |

Jobs/Vacancies › My Boss Indirectly Refused To Give Me An Offer Letter. What Should I Do? by Penflame(op): 1:59pm On Nov 15, 2021 |
Good day!
I am a graduate who just passed out of service last month, I got a Graphic/Web Designer job with an airline ticketing agency in my state of deployment while still in service. According to my employer, the company is just coming up (I saw "Established in 1992" outside the office) and so he pleaded to be paying me ₦20,000 per month. I agreed, because I wasn't done with service and also because I need an extra source of income.
Fast forward to month end, the man paid me ₦15,000 without remorse, he only said the company is not generating much income yet. He paid the same amount the following month, and I complained to the Admin Manager, I don't know if she informed him.
On the third month, he paid ₦17,000 and was even expecting me to come and thank him for the extra ₦2,000.
This is a company that I have laboured so much for just within the 3 months of working there. I designed a website for the company, even though the Director refused to fund the domain, I made sure the company is visible and accessible in social media networks, I put the company's location up in Google map.
He was even giving me tasks that doesn't relate to my role to do, tasks like switching on the generator, typing correspondences and documents, etc.
Just early this month, I worked up to the Director in his office and requested for an offer letter (at least, that will show he really employed me and I will be able to see my job role and how much he will be paying me), he promised to work on it and he has not done anything about it up till now.
Now, I am done with service and the whole thing is becoming worse in the office, but still he will be saying he wants me and my skills.
Please what should I do? Because I am really getting fed up. |

System Assigned Training Path or Categorization
Based on your responses and answers to the personal bio, about your business, psychometric/personality tests, business and financial knowledge assessment aptitude and cognitive test section of the application form, the system profiles you and places you in the appropriate training path as follows:
Level 1 (Greenhorn)
This means you are a starter according to your responses and answers to the personal bio, about your business, psychometric/personality tests, business and financial knowledge assessment aptitude and cognitive test section of the application form. You will go through the general training only on TEFConnect. You will however, not be eligible for mentorship or the seed capital of 5,000 Dollars.

This means that you have been profiled to be an intermediate entrepreneur based on your responses and answers to the personal bio, about your business, psychometric/personality tests, business and financial knowledge assessment aptitude and cognitive test section of the application form. You have a good potential to be a successful entrepreneur. You will go through the Intermediate training modules and you will be assigned a mentor during the programme. Based on your performance through the training programme, you will stand a chance to pitch your business in person to the set of judges for final selection to receive the seed capital of 5,000 Dollars.
Level 3 (Disruptor)
This means that you are or have been identified to be natural or a seasoned entrepreneur based on your responses and answers to the personal bio, about your business, psychometric/personality tests, business and financial knowledge assessment aptitude and cognitive test section of the application form. You will go through the advanced training modules and you will be assigned a mentor during the programme. Based on your performance through the training programme, you will stand a chance to pitch your business in person to the set of judges for final selection to receive the seed capital of 5,000 Dollars.
Note: Those who receive an e-mail placing them on the Innovator and Disruptor training path or category are the only ones that stand a chance to receive the seed capital of 5,000 Dollars, training and mentorship. Those on Level 1(Greenhorn) only get business training on the TEFConnect platform. That means they won’t get the chance to win the seed capital of 5,000 Dollars or get the chance to be mentored.
We at Businesspedia know these things because we did assist people to write their business plans, answer the difficult survey and assessment questions for them in 2019 and 2020. All of them made it to the pitching stage but not all of them were selected after the pitching based on the judge’s decision as regards TEEP's five pitching assessment criteria of business feasibility, scalability, market opportunity, financial understanding, leadership and entrepreneurial skills. We could only help them get to the pitching stage as we wouldn't be the one to pitch for them. So the quality of your pitching presentation and the five selection criteria mentioned above is what will tell the judges whether you know and understand your proposed business or not.
How can we at Businesspedia be of professional assistance to you? We can be of professional assistance by:
1. We can assist you to be placed at Level 2 (Innovator) and Level 3 (Disruptor) category by professionally and correctly filling and answering the personal bio, about your business, psychometric/personality tests, business and financial knowledge assessment aptitude and cognitive test section of the application form. (This aspect of our professional assistance will require you to send us your personal bio and business details and other vital information as required in the application form).
2. If your business idea is eventually selected for the 12 modules online training and mentoring which starts in the month of April to May 2021, we will advice you as an entrepreneur (as we have always advised other up-coming entrepreneurs) that you undergo and complete the two months online training and mentoring yourself as you will be scored 40 marks for the online training and mentoring test questions, 50 marks for your constant interaction on the TEFConnect website (this includes attendance to live online webinars, response to survey questions, and your constant chat with other entrepreneurs on the TEFConnect website) and finally you will be scored 10 marks for your constant engagement with the mentor that will be assigned to you. This will enable you build entrepreneurship knowledge and capacity in running your business. However, we will assist you professionally and correctly answer the assessment and survey questions that come during and after the online training and mentoring.
3. If you are eventually selected for the pitching competition which starts in the month of June 2021, we will send you a detailed scripted note of what to say about your business during the pitching competition. You have to cram or memorize this scripted note and deeply understand whatever is in it. Remember that you only have a couple of minutes to pitch your business idea, so please be confident and avoid all forms of stage fright. The best way to boost confidence and avoid stage fright is by rehearsing your pitch before one or two of your friends, sisters, brothers, uncles or on a lighter note before your enemies if you have any. The above mentioned persons will act as your moot or mock judges. You will have to give them a list of possible questions to ask you after you have pitched to them. Also, be prepared for tricky and surprising questions from the real judges. We will assist you in professionally writing the scripted business note and send you a list of possible tricky and surprising questions the judges might throw at you.
4. The last most important assistance we will give to you that will help you make it to the pitching stage is to choose your business idea wisely. We will advice that you choose a business idea that is lucrative, has a very high customer demand, employs a lot of people and that 5,000 dollars can conveniently kick-start. The best business ideas that is lucrative, has a very high customer demand, employs a lot of people and that 5,000 Dollars can conveniently kick-start is in the agricultural sector. So, choose for yourself a lucrative business in the agricultural sector. However, you can go ahead with your current business idea if you are confident that it has the criteria mentioned above.
Conclusively, we will want you to weigh your options based on the assistance we are ready to give to you above. If you want us to start working together immediately based on any of the options we have outlined out for you above; kindly contact us via our under listed contact details.

Wisdom Nugget: Life does not answer to wishes, it answers to workings. In 2021, success will never lower its standard to accommodate you. You have to raise your standard to achieve it. God provides food for every bird, but not in its nest. Rise up from your nest to the challenges ahead of you in 2021 and conquer your fears. And last but not the least, always remember that ‘‘the world is your kaleidoscope and the varying combinations of colours which at every succeeding moment it presents to you, are the exquisitely adjusted pictures of your ever-moving thoughts.’’ So guide your thoughts as you would guide your life. Let your thoughts consistently remain positive always and never hesitate to take action when the opportunity to succeed presents itself in the very mirror of your life.

Career › Different Name Arrangement In Credentials by Penflame(op): 12:59pm On Feb 01, 2021 |
Please, what's the way out in this issue: My credentials right from Secondary School to Higher institution is having different arrangement of names. For example;
FIRST NAME: Isaac MIDDLE NAME: Ikenna SURNAME: Solomon
My WASSC has Solomon Ikenna Isaac.
BSc. Degree has Isaac Ikenna Solomon
NYSC dashboard has Solomon Isaac Ikenna (which may be the name on NYSC certificate after POP)
Should I make a name arrangement to follow first degree or WASSC? Or I should just publish change of name to cover for all?
I'm confuse ooo, someone should help please. |
Crime › Re: My Sister's Account Was Wiped Out While Her Atm Card Was With Her by Penflame(m): 1:33pm On Dec 29, 2020 |
That transaction was carried out by a loan company called Branch International. Ask your sister very well, she may have collected loan from them or someone may have used her ATM details to apply for a loan from Branch.
And one issue about Branch is they automatically deduct the money and interest from your account as at when due without warning except you don't have the money in your account. |
