• You stay in the international transit/transfer area at Istanbul airport. You don’t pass through immigration or exit the transit section.
• Your layover is under 24 hours and you're only connecting to another flight.

Anything you are presenting must be backed with a proof cos there's no interview.

So if you said you invested money in Treasury bills, then you have to present proof.

'Why are they helping to pay for your visit'? Just say your Nephew wants her to come for the funeral.

'What is the total amount of money you spend each month'? The answer will be from her statement of account. It's from the statement of account, you can get the average monthly expenses.

But I think there is a human right concession immigration lawyers uses in cases like this.....I've heard it once where the lady was granted extended stay on grounds that there is no home to return to as survival will be impossible for her and her kids without her husband

If u are on care visa.... U can only do additional 20hrs job that is also the job u are sponsored for, or jobs on the shortage list, or volunteer jobs .....
Any other job must be updated i.e with sponsorship.....

A lot of pple are doing it oooo...I mean it's not easy to survive in the UK when u dnt have enough shift on ur care job.......but who knows how these things will backfire when applying for ILR.

Will it not raise a red flag ,that I have done change of name and yet didn't use it on my passport??

There's no problem with that. I had the same issue. My passport and TB test had my maiden name while my PCC had my married name because NIN/BVN was used to apply for PCC and I have changed to my married name on my BVN/NIN..even as I have done change of name over 3 years ago but I didn't do a new passport after my change of name. I just wrote my married name as the other name I'm known as in the space provided for additional name on Visa app form and I also explained that in the space for further information and I got my visa. Then I supported the application with pictures, marriage cert, affidavit and newspaper publication.

Please i have a question, I got married in June this year. But my wife has already done her international passport on her father's name since last 2 years right before we got married. Does this mean she needs to do another passport that carries my surname before we apply or we can use our passports with our different surnames? because we are submitting our application next year March. Please advice .

The main applicate is my wife and she's having just her OND certificate, I never new this IELTS is not for UKVI I would have make amendment since, kindly advise

Has your sponsor agreed to certify your maintenance on your certificate of sponsorship?
Have you reviewed the guidance on professions that require an overseas criminal record check?
Is your employment in a profession that requires an overseas criminal record check?
Has your sponsor or employer confirmed you are eligible for the Health and Care visa?
Do you need to obtain permission from the ATAS?

I have hard time answering this questions so in order to avoid mistakes, i decided to ask.

No but your child application form should contain the consent page and you just need to tick and have the main applicant sign on it.

It’s not that compulsory since everyone is applying together and visas are generally linked together by GWF or VAF. Also in our case, the main applicant who’s the mum signed the consent letter. So I guess the main applicant should sign.

it's not a crime to live with a family or friend....u can put ur auntie's address... Just that if ur job is in Birmingham..it wont make sense to put an address in Glasgow ....... It should at least be an address not significantly far from ur job...

And if ur employer ticked yes to maintenance ... Just put ur employer address... No biggie
