There is a seething case of soldiers sent on peace-keeping missions abroad but are yet to be paid their allowances even though the said allowances had been paid to the army by the relevant agency of the UN. Some of the soldiers have died in the BH insurgency without getting paid their due. It happened during the tenure of the officer who is currently a subject of many scandals.

I have no interest shielding GEJ but the Saleh guy who spoke was a man in the know. An insider. Killing the army for self security does not translate to not having any munition in the armoury at all. Cluster bombs are hardly the sort of weapon needed in a coup either.
