He revealed that in a sequel to the NANS Senate meeting held at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, his name was nominated and after diligent scrutiny was ratified.

He also gave the NANS five slots for employment opportunities on the spot for past Students Union Leaders who have paid their dues in time past. Jesam Michael’s commitment to transparency and accountability resonates with investors, as evidenced by their testimonials. Despite setbacks caused by external factors, including the unscrupulous actions of a rogue employee, the platform remains steadfast in its mission.

Investors from various walks of life have shared their positive experiences with AAS, emphasizing the platform’s legitimacy and the sincerity of Jesam Michael. From financial experts to pastors and traders, the consensus is clear: AAS is not just a financial platform; it’s a beacon of trust and genuine investment opportunities.

In his speech, Mr Fisayo Ajibola who is the president of the Association also attested to the ingenuity of Jesam Micheal and his doggedness in rebuilding a bigger and better financial investment despite the huge setbacks AAS went through a couple of months ago. And like Chan Master Fuchan Yuan once said, the three essentials to leadership are humility, clarity, and courage, Jesame Micheal is an embodiment of such a leader.

While receiving the award, Jesame Micheal appreciated the organizers for deeming it fit to choose him as the recipient of the award, a testament to the fact that the future holds out for those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. He accepted to be the patron of the association and dedicated the award to his team and all investors who believed in him and his dream of building the best financial platform in the world.

According to him, it's part of the investment plan by him and his organization to operate avenues where investors can trade with AAS tokens as a means of payment globally.

It would be recalled that in Nigeria’s financial landscape, a transformative force has quietly reshaped the investment horizon. Business › Adron Homes Tackling Nigeria's Leading Challenge Of Housing Deficiency by PENTALK360(op): 8:07am On Sep 11, 2023
As the economy continues to bite harder,
Nigeria with an estimated population of over 250 million people and about 30 per cent of the entire population still grappling with the need to get quality shelter and affordable houses, there is a burning need for proactive steps to stem the housing deficits if we are serious about making any serious development as a nation.

One key issue affecting housing delivery in Nigeria is that the level of housing shortage has not been adequately presented. This is a result of inadequate and inappropriate statistics and data by the managers of housing in Nigeria. However, there have been attempts to estimate the magnitude of the housing shortage.

The National Housing Policy specified in detail that to achieve the goal of providing 15 million housing units, although President Tinubu has approved the construction of 1000 houses in Sokoto, Kebbi, Katsina, Zamfara, Kaduna, Niger and Benue states as part of a broad plan by the federal government to address the conflict in the North out of 1.2 Million Housing Units needed to be built each year in the whole country, which is the number necessary to compensate for the housing shortage in the country.

Although the exact reasons for the housing shortage vary across the country, the main problem in Nigeria is the low income of residents. The incidence and growth of these problems seem to outpace the capacity of the government to take them on, requiring massive private investments.

Tackling the housing deficit frontally, A reliable private investor, GMD/CEO of Adron Homes and Properties, Aare Adetola EmmanuelKing who is working assiduously to fulfill the mandate of his organisation in providing affordable housing for millions of Nigerians.

According to promotional programmes announced by Adron Homes, "we are out to slash the prices of all our estates across the country by 50 percent to encourage Nigerians to own their homes regardless of income".

The discount is in line with the company’s dedication to continuously give customers opportunities to be homeowners through discounts, royalty rewards and friendly payment plans.

It is no doubt that Adron is the foremost and widely spread real estate company in Nigeria and that’s why they are constantly rolling out different offers to allow every Nigerian own a house with ease without breaking their income expenditure budget.

Politics › LRA Speaks Of The Resurfaced Trend Of Military Coup In Africa by PENTALK360(op): 10:54am On Sep 02, 2023
In a statement made available to the press, Lawal Rilwan Ayoola (LRA), the Chairman Emeritus of APC Scandinavia, has expressed his disapproval of the recent trend of military takeovers in Africa.

No sustainable solution expect during the right things by the African leaders and politicians. The bitter pile, is no short-cut.

Military intervention in politics and the overthrow of democratically elected governments has become a growing trend again again.

A former Nigerian military head of state once stated in an interview that he has no regrets about the coup he led then because it was a trend at the time, and this trend has now returned to Africa again.

Since the summit of African leaders in early 2020 (with virtual meetings in 2021), successful military coups have taken place in Mali (twice), Chad, Guinea, Burkina Faso, and Sudan, with attempted coups in Madagascar, the Central African Republic, Niger, Guinea Bissau, and potentially Djibouti.

In less than 50 days, there have been successful coups in Niger and Gabon.

Moreover, Africa has witnessed constitutional coups, where incumbents exploited constitutional loopholes to extend their terms, as seen in Guinea, Cote d'Ivoire, and Cameroon.

In Tunisia, the incumbent president exercises power through decrees without adequate institutional checks.

Africa is also grappling with emerging conflicts.

Ethiopia, the continent's second most populous nation, has been engulfed in a major and deadly conflict. Despite the AU appointing a special envoy for the Horn of Africa and engaging in diplomatic efforts, tangible results remain elusive.

In the Sahel region, the zone of instability caused by insurgencies and Islamist extremists has expanded, resulting in loss of life, mass displacement, and widespread suffering.

This has consequently weakened the legitimacy and capabilities of fledgling democratic regimes.

Persistent instability in South Sudan, Libya, and Somalia has shown limited progress, with the AU's involvement often restrained despite its military presence in Somalia.

While each situation possesses unique contextual factors, they share common links to a deficit in democracy and governments inability to provide freedom and peace alongside desired development of citizens.

The in-ability of ostensibly elected governments to deliver on these fronts has resulted in leaders lacking a substantial popular constituency, and the democratic system itself facing challenges.

The structural conditions that have enabled coups and insecurity in various countries prevail in a significant majority of African nations.

Furthermore, the successes and apparent approval of certain coups have established a precedent that could potentially inspire emulation.

However, a future marked by poverty, election manoeuvring, selfish constitutional amendments, insecurity, and susceptibility to coups is not inevitable for Africa.

In truth, the continent continues to witness the tenacity of democracy in countries like Malawi and Zambia.

Effectively addressing these challenges and embarking on a trajectory toward peace, freedom, and sustainable development and thriving of democracy hinges on three fundamental factors.

Firstly, there must be a transformative shift in the mindset of African politicians and heads of states.

Secondly, resolute actions are imperative to expedite economic, security, and political integration across the continent.

Thirdly, the AU and ECOWAS must establish laws to limit the tenure of any elected individual in office for presidents.

Politics › Tension As Niger Delta Ex-agitators Warned General Barry Ndiomu by PENTALK360(op): 9:22am On Jul 18, 2023
There is palpable tension in the Niger Delta region as the Chairman of the Niger Delta First Phase Ex-agitators’ Leadership Forum, Bayelsa State Chapter, High Chief. Charles Kurobo, has raised the alarm that the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), has delisted the running mate to the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State from its payroll.

According to him, the investigation of the forum revealed that the Interim Administrator of the PAP, Gen. Barry Ndiomu (rtd), without any reasonable course directed that all the entitlements of the APC Guber running mate, Great Joshua MacIver, who was the first to embrace the amnesty program with over 200 followers, should be withdrawn.

Several attempts to reach the amnesty office for comments proved abortive at the time of filling this report, however, the ex-agitators have said that they may be forced to resort to extreme measures to resolving the anomalies since efforts to make the PAP boss see reasons with them has continued to fall on deaf ears.

The group said that the height of the controversy is when the PAP claimed that Great Maciver, a major critical stakeholder of the first phase ex-agitators who surrendered arms alongside his foot soldiers numbering well above 200 from his own personal camp and have remained beneficiaries of the programme with their ID Card numbers and monthly stipends is no longer part of the programme.

The statement that was issued in Yenagoa by
Kurobo read "sequel to appeals and complains concerning the style and gross lack of integrity of the Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) office under the current administrator, we are writing to notify the National Security Adviser (NSA) of the lingering controversies between the office and its beneficiaries.

"His actions has continued to put pressure on the leadership of the forum with limited resources to douse the tension while calls for the attention of Ndiomu has continuously fallen deft ears and we have almost exhausted the immediate and most preferred formal means of communication in trying to reach out to the leadership of the PAP as beneficiaries and stakeholders of the Region.

"We have been receiving series of complains over non payment of monthly stipends from a large number of the PAP beneficiaries which has kept us awake most nights and while we continue to apply corporate and more responsible measures of going about it.

"The Interim Administrator has further dared us to claim that one of our own, De-Great Joshua Maciver, a major critical stakeholder of the first phase ex-agitator who surrendered arms alongside his foot soldiers numbering well above 200 from his own personal Camp alone were captured and have remained beneficiaries of the programme with their ID Card numbers and monthly stipends.

"Yet, Ndiomu deem them unworthy, according to his media publications, such critical major stakeholder who is a popularly and notably well known leader in the PAP Database is suddenly not on the database of the PAP, a situation which has made Gen, Ndiomu feel he is a political tool by this singular act, making us feel he has bitten more than enough!

"Why Bayelsa? Why now ? Would Gen. Barry Ndiomu had done same if Joshua Maciver shared his political interest? Or If Ex-militants are not fit for political offices across the region, why then do we have one of our own (Rt. Hon Abraham Ingobere) as speaker of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly ?

"We are appealing and looking up to the NSA, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, with the hope that a swift action will be taken to avert the crisis Ndiomu is trying to create because we feel pushed too close to the edge already. We will not be swayed by Ndiomu as it has become clear that he is not on the side of Peace."

Business › Adron Homes: The Colours Of Nigeria’s Growing Real Estate Sector ( Part 1) by PENTALK360(op):
The real estate sector in Nigeria has been an ever-existing one and until a decade back, it was not as boisterous and competitive as it is, no thanks to a handful of men and women, who have taken it upon themselves to add colour and spice to the lucrative yet important sector of every economy.

Whether in the UK, US, Canada, or China, the real estate sector is a perpetual factor that has contributed to shaping lifestyle and added to luxury.

In Nigeria, the men at the helm of affairs of the real estate sector have added colours that have distinguished them from one another.

Aare Emmanuelking exchange pleasantries with Senator Gbenga Daniel

In this piece, Adron Homes and Properties comes to the fore.

Led by Adetola Olaniyi Olaonipekun Emmanuelking, who sits as the Group Managing Director and Chairman, Adron Homes, and Properties separate itself from the lot in the most featured colour on the Nigerian flag and coat of arms, green.

How Adron Homes and Properties typifies Green

The colour, Green, typically symbolises life, fertility, renewal, and resurrection.

The colour has many of the same calming attributes that blue has, but it also incorporates some of the energy of yellow.

Green, as a colour, is a mix of yellow, which symbolises glory and energy, and blue, which relates to God and the heavens.

In some thoughts, Green can represent new beginnings and growth. It also signifies renewal and abundance.

These traits are evidently revealed in the dealings, outlook, and day-to-day activities cum operations of Adron Homes and Properties led by the affable Aare Emmanuelking.

It’s no doubt that Aare Emmanuelking strategically chose the colour when founding the real estate company in 2012. For him, the passion for decent and affordable housing for average Nigerians didn’t only lead him to found Adron Homes and Properties Limited but also saw him operating with a godly mien that has distinguished him from his peers.

In 11 years of operation on the African continent, Adron Homes have grown to become a renowned multi-billion Naira group of companies with subsidiaries across Nigeria in the real estate, construction, and hospitality sectors. The firm has also grown to become arguably one of the leading employers of labour not just in Nigeria but in Africa.

From Lagos to Ogun, Ibadan, Oyo, Osogbo, Osun to Nasarawa, Adron boasts over 25 affordable estates that include Washington Park and Gardens, Treasure Park and Gardens, Rehoboth Park and Gardens, New York Park and Gardens, imperial park and Gardens, Grandview park and gardens, Paris park and gardens, west park and gardens, city park and gardens, Buckingham park and gardens, central park and gardens, sunrise park and gardens, town park and gardens, winter park and gardens, Chicago park and gardens, treasure park and gardens, glass house estate, London park and gardens, Southgate Park and Gardens, Rosewood park and gardens, Town park and gardens, Manhattan park and gardens, Emirates park and gardens, Grandview park and gardens, Treasure park and gardens, Westpark and gardens, and Eko city.

To this end, Adron has been providing affordable and quality housing solutions to Nigerians for 11 years and one of the real estate company’s innovative offerings is the opportunity for Nigerians to fulfill their dreams of owning landed properties through flexible and long-term payment.

While many dreams of owning a landed property, the high cost of real estate can make the dream seem unattainable, especially for low and middle-income earners. Adron as a firm stepped in to bridge this gap by offering flexible payment options that make it possible for many to own a landed property and fulfil the dream of many.

Adron Homes and Properties Sallah offer

With Adron, low-income and middle-income earners can purchase land through installment payment plans that spread the cost of the property over a period of time.

In the same vein, Adron Homes offer long payment plans for all levels of income earners, ensuring that everyone can afford to own a piece of land. This approach has enabled many Nigerians to become landowners over the last 11 years courtesy of Adron’s mission to provide affordable homes and landed properties for development or investment purposes.

Aare Emmanuelking uses Adron as a vessel for philanthropy

Just as Aare Emmanuel has established himself as a philanthropist of a rare breed, Adron Homes and Properties have continued to give back as a way of corporate social responsibility.

Beyond running Adron Homes and Property Limited as a business model that has worked and is still working, Aare Emmanuelking has also positioned the firm as a vessel for philanthropy.

From Easter celebrations to Ramadan, Sallah to Christmas, the firm always provides opportunities for Nigerians to become land subscribers and homeowners in many of their estates. Each of these celebrations provides an opportunity for Adron Homes to give offers of owning lands and houses in the numerous estates of the real estate firm scattered across the length and breadth of Nigeria.

During the COVID-19 struggle in Nigeria, Adron donated heavily to support five state governments in Nigeria in the fight against the deadly virus that claimed millions of life globally.

The elderly and homeless are part of individuals, who have benefitted from Adron Homes’ CSR. Every quarter, the company donates food items and palliatives to support senior citizens and various homes and orphanages.

Politics › “government Can’t Fund Universities Anymore” – Federal Government Declares by PENTALK360(op): 8:05am On Jun 15, 2023
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s led Federal Government has announced that the government can no longer bear the financial burden of universities in the country.

PENTALK360 reports that during a media briefing in Abuja on Wednesday, Permanent Secretary for the Federal Ministry of Education, Andrew David Adejo, emphasised that while universities already enjoy autonomy, they lack financial autonomy.

Adejo explained, “Whether we like it or not, the government can no longer foot the bill for universities. That is why we are pursuing private-public partnerships. The universities already have autonomy; what they lack is financial autonomy. Once they obtain it, they will be able to address this issue, and the government is actively working towards that goal.”

In addition to this development, President Tinubu has instructed relevant stakeholders to ensure the disbursement of student loans by the end of the September/October 2023/2024 Academic Session.

Addressing some speculations, Adejo clarified that an inter-ministerial committee would be inaugurated next week to streamline the loan application process, aiming to provide loans to students within six weeks.

He also emphasised that the loan scheme would not solely benefit public school students, as private school students also deserve the opportunity to access the financial support.

Adejo highlighted the need to cover not only tuition fees but also other expenses, such as accommodation and living costs.

“We want to ensure that the loan scheme sustains students throughout their education. It’s not just about paying tuition; it’s about providing a comprehensive solution to support students in their academic journey,” Adejo stated.

He further emphasised that the current act aims to learn from past mistakes, where there were more defaulters than successful loan repayments.

“You can’t give someone a loan and say, pay tuition without sustaining his school. No, you have to get accommodation; even if tuition fees in public universities are free, you still pay for your accommodation and the federal government would not give you loan that will not make sure you get in school, stay in school and graduate”

“We want the current act to learn from the mistake of the past where there are more defaulters than people that paid the bill, the past is like it is a government money come and take and go, free money but that is not going to be the case with this.”

Sports › Re: 2M Fans Unfollow PSG After Messi Left The Club by PENTALK360(m): 3:26pm On Jun 05, 2023
Messi would be excited to return and play for Barcelona once again – Messi’s father, Jorge Messi

Jorge Messi has assured that the player would be very excited to return and play for Barcelona once again.

Lionel Messi will make a decision on his future in the next few days, according to his father who is in Barcelona.

"We don't know anything about whether he will return to Barcelona. He would love to return. It would be his preferred option. We don't know anything. We'll see. We will make a decision soon. We have a lot of things to talk about," Jorge Messi told the media.

The footballer's father has denied that this morning he has met with Barcelona president Joan Laporta, but has assured that they spoke a few days ago, although he has clarified that in the meeting they did not specify anything.

In any case, Jorge Messi met with the president at his home today. They met and discussed the signing of the outgoing PSG player.

It depends on Messi

For Laporta, the return of the Argentina international has become an obsession and he is willing to do everything in his power to see him back in a Blaugrana shirt.

But at the Catalan club, they assume it is an almost remote possibility. "Everything is in Messi's hands, it depends on him," Xavi has said on more than one occasion. The club recognise that they cannot compete with other proposals, such as the one from Saudi Arabia, and that the operation will only materialise if the Argentine gives up a more than significant amount of money.

Feasibility Plan

In addition, the Catalan club is still waiting for LaLiga Santander to inform them of the salary limit available to them.

In any case, and according to Jorge Messi, the player's decision will not be delayed. Everything suggests that he will announce his next destination this week.
