Your husband will apply as self-employed. He needs to provide CAC cert for his business, tax clearance and recommendation letters from those he has done business with including SOA showing cash transactions etc.

You can search the thread and read up on those that applied as self-employed.

,please I tried to check under self employ from cic website the only job indicate for self employ is farming and atlethes , and I've gone through nairaland did not see any case related ours and please can he apply under the federal skilled worker

Good morning all, please I really need your suggestion I've really tried to read from page 0 but I don't really see something that help in detail, my husband owns his company a car management company around 30cars , and a real estate agent buying and selling of land his company is registered and has his masters in human resources and management but we don't no which NOC to apply for, don't know if there is anyone who has their own company and how did they go about it thank you all, please advice us in how to go about this thanks

Pls the gurus in the house I need una help ooo, here goes my story me and my family of 3 hubby me and son apply for vacation in the uk in May we were refused based on the fact that I stated I was working but did not submit my statement meanwhile I did not submit base on the fact that it was hubby that was sponsoring our trip, And they say hubby is earning five million in a year but in January an amount of 3million naira enter is account, meanwhile he has a total balance of 4.5million with a turnover of 30 million..so I force hubby that I must go for vacation by fire by force we Sha go to Italy embassy for shenghen visa to my greatest surprise we were refused based on the fact that our trip intended stay was not reliable or so so I think it may be because of our age am 23 hubby 27 and our son 3 we submitted with a statement of more than 7 million the issue we having is that uk did not stamp our passports but this idiot shenghen did meanwhile hubby is going for conference in uk meanwhile am planning on going for a course in Canada cause am a makeup artist so right now we don't want make a rash decision pls don't mind my long epistle we just need advice on what step to take

Pls guru in the house I want you to give me advice on my issue me and my family submitted for shenghen visa in Italy and we were refuse my hubby and son just for vacation the major issue here is dat hubby is supposed to go for a conference in Germany this November but he has not gone for the interview I want the guru in the house to advice me if he goes now hope he won't be refused based on the fact that we got refuse by Italian embassy not too long we don't want to look desperate thank you

Please I hope this is not too fast and I hope it does not mean refusal. Please the Gurus in the house and anybody who has encounter something similar should tell me their outcome.
