I actually started with the PS2 slim which my elder sister gifted to me (thank you so much sis Vic), although when I was younger, we had a PS1, but I wasn’t allowed to touch it, my older siblings were the only ones that played it, so even though my eye see am, my hands no touch am, I used to enjoy them playing adventure games on it though!
In 2014, my brother bought a PS3 Slim, Omo I played games well on it, FIFA, RDR, GTA V just to mention a few! A few years later, in the university, I saved for a whole year to buy my own very first PlayStation, a brand new sealed PS4 slim 500GB, 103k then (yes o 103k, see how our country don spoil reach, today a brand new sealed slim is more than double the price my young self got it then), because I used my life savings to buy it, I couldn’t afford to buy a CD, trust me, I stared at that dude for more than 3 months without playing game on it
I go just dey daydream then how I’d have the time of my life when I can finally afford to buy a CD, imagination wan kill me then, the first ever CD I got back then wasn’t even FIFA or god of war or GTA like you’d expect, it was The Witcher 3: The wild hunt (the game of the year edition). Because say na my only game, I played the hell out of it, every question mark on the map was checked out, I explored every single part of the map, finished the main story, played every side quest, played the DLCs . blood and wine DLC and the second one (lol I no remember). When my ex gave me breakfast, na him helped cushion the effect of the breakup, sweet times sha.
Anyways as I dey gist you dey go, na so the breakfast I chop opened my eyes, I was tired of being broke in school, and I get PS4, Omo I sold it and ventured into business, I then got a PS4 fat a lil bit later played it for some time and then I got a Pro. Na him I dey use till this day,
After a while, I realised my PS4 Pro is lonely, needs sibling, so I got a PS5; hopefully, I dey pray say before too son, a hack for the PS5 comes out, for more than one year, na phone I dey use console charge, rocking the PS4 still lol.

I started with super Mario Bros and duck hunt in 1993, then Gameboy then Sega Genesis, my Gameboy got lost then I bought Gameboy advance.... I skipped super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, GameCube, even Xbox then when ahead to buy my first PlayStation 1 in 1998... I play the hell out of CTR, small solders, die hard, time to kill and winning eleven... I had a blast with it. Then I got to admission to secondary class in 1999... Then rumours are coming out that ps2 will come out it's not till 2001 that I first saw the ps2 at a game centre, I spend almost my savings playing the PS2, I stopped going to class just because of ps2 to the extend I nearly missed my junior WAEC exams in 2002 because I was at game house, I completely lost track of time.... It was that moment I realised I have to upgrade from my ps1... I sold my ps1 together with my Gameboy advance and stole from my dad too. That was how I got myself a ps2.... Heaven at last, I game for complete 3 days straight I bare had 4 hours sleep per day... I fall sick that I was admitted in the hospital and my ps2 seized.... My junior WAEC results came out and I scored very high, as my reward they gave me back my previous ps2 back... In the course from 2002 to 2006, I have bought and changed my ps2 over 6 times, went from fat to slim to fat again... Was just going back and forth I was rocking the PS2 till I graduated from the University in 2010... Then I gave myself a break from gaming till 2020 during COVID 19 I was always at home so I decided to buy a ps3 but I didn't use it for Long before I met bobby2020 and got my first ps4 fat from him, that was April of 2022, since then I have bought ps4 slim and pro then ps5 later sold it due to lack of hacking then bought a Hacked Nintendo switch... Currently I have a gaming laptop, Nintendo switch, a ps4 slim and also a ps4 pro too
Bobby2020: I don tell you again and again dearest reader, even though this year had a slow start with game releases, Omo it’s really looking like the third quarter of the year go be the absolute bomb with game releases, new new game trailers just coming out here and there, let the masses breathe, don’t suffocate us abeg una game developers. Me that I was thinking that Spiderman 2 would win Game Of The Year award easily, Omo with these games coming on the way, they’re gonna give it a run for its money o swears!
Let’s start with the upcoming paid DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 called Phantom Liberty, it promises a brand new engaging story for their loyal fan base, and oh yeah a new big movie actor has been added to their star-studded line up of cast, Edris Elba (Agba actor, once named sexiest man alive), the game already had Keanu Reeves “John Wick” if you may lol. Only problem I have with it? It’s Next-Gen only.
