Apply for idemity. I once experienced a similar issue.

They'll send you a form via email, you'll print it out, fill, scan and send back to them then wait. in less than 30 minutes your account will get credited.

Idemity is the act of the bank lending you money from their own purse while they sort out your issue...(most especially if the time frame of the investigation is quite length and you need the funds urgently and can't wait.)

If after investigation which may take days or weeks, if it's discovered that the transaction was successful and the funds is in the recipient's bank account, then your account or any other account linked to your bvn would be debited in lieu of the sum which was credited to your account before the investigation.

But if after investigation, it's discovered that the transaction failed and the money which was supposed to be reversed back to your account wasn't then the funds borrowed to you by the bank automatically serves as the reversal and the Bank won't bother contacting you

So apply for idemity and stop begging online UBA does it and I know this cos UBA is my main account.
