So many depraved people in Nigeria but most still hide themselves because they are scared of embarrassment their behaviors can cause. I have witnessed something similar before, and I felt so many emotions at once for the person - disgust, anger, as well as pity.

Taking a photo of his plate number and posting on social media may not be appropriate (and could be risky for you too) but I really wish there was a way we could report these people anonymously so that they can get the help they need.
