The explanation doesn't hold water. That girl is a witch. She bolted the gate and locked the children in the booth deliberately to kill them. 11 year old playing inside car booth?
He even said someone knocked on the gate but she refused to open. The person jumped fence to enter, she didn't tell him anything was happening.

It seems she dropped her sick. A lot of parents do that so they could go to work.
She mentioned a drug plus peppersoup. It seems something was wrong with her and that was how they use to cure it but she hid it from the school.
Some parents hide things out of fear of being rejected for admission.

The school is not to be blamed for this. The incidence happened at National Stadium during Interhouse sports.
Different vendors use to come and sell something, so everyone use to generate their own temporary supply of power which is mainly generator with some wire connections.
The girl was involved in athletics, it seems she was wearing wet socks soaked by her feet. She went to buy candy but stepped on something naked and fell instantly.
It seems the school didn't get the correct information before saying she slipped. Eye witnesses have said it immediately.
People will write exams, so Government can't hold all the children at ransom.
