Don't bother. It got more boring as the show progressed. It was all about chess, chess and more chess. 90% of the whole season 1 is all about people looking at chess boards. I just managed to finish it.

Sure, are there comedic parts? Yeah but it is very realistic and serious.


Realistic recurring themes
-Romans depraved sex life and assholery resulting from abuse at an early age.

-Roy's controlling and abusive nature that has damaged his wives and children. It has also seeded into his business where there were cover ups of sexual harassment by uncle Mo the Mo-lester.

-Kendall's drug addiction as a result of his fathers controlling nature.

Succession is one of the best series out there. It clearly shows the politics behind a conglomerate worth billions and the family running it. From the heartless patriarch to the conniving children and employees.

I watched more matured series like that but this one in particular is boring

The show is clearly not for you cuz it was anything but boring and the stallar ratings do not lie, giving, the first few episodes of S1 was "Slow" but things kicked off around Ep 5

And The camera style is deliberate, good and it's widely use, Did you see "The Office" or "Parks and Recreation"?

Great casting, fantastic story line and delivery, it's probably not your forte this genre.
