Justcome:it might and it might not considering the fact that you have waited patiently enough and I think there is this Lagos State agency that handles something like this, they will probably give the tenants some months to look for another apartment..is the date given at court closer, maybe you should wait till after the court date then you can decide what to do next but I wonder how we Nigerians think, how can you be this on someone's property. Justcome:all these wicked tenants Sha, they know our law system when it comes to things like this ain't effective... disconnect their electricity first, the only problem there is that nothing concern NEPA, except you are using prepaid, disconnect their water supply as well..they have over stayed sef try this out and see how long they can go without these things 25 Likes 1 Share |

Since you have secured your land by fencing, just get another land in a dry place so that you build and move in, by the time you are settled at the new one, the swampy land might have been a developed area then u can start something on it... 1 Like |

Is it a face me and face u house, lock the toilets,kitchen, disconnect their electricity& water supply..... remove the roof and see maybe they won't leave when rain start beating their properties, make sure u don't fight them Sha... .... When it comes to issues like this, my only advice to u is just let them go ahead with their decisions over that property, like I always say "mi o le mi wahala" , you still have a long way to go than getting yourself into a mess with ur siblings, and to think u are from a polygamous home, it's better u let them sell, get your share and move on with your life or you ignore the share and plan your own life. I found myself in situation like this(not from a polygamous home) and what I told my other siblings is even when father lives this earth,I'm not interested in his property, they can do anything with it, na me know wetin I dey talk property brouhaha in Nigeria my brother e get as e be o.
