Rashidi Yekini was skinny like Osihmen when he played shooting stars in the early 80s and when entered Green Eagles.
It was the German technical advicer in 1986-88, Manfred Hoener who advised and trained him to bulk up and when he did, he became a handful for defenders worldwide.

But not too much like Yak, that was so jacked he either refused to or was unable to tap in that goal at the world Cup.

You are being unfair on Ndidi. What did you expect him to do. The guy in front of him doesn't tackle and has no pace and decisiveness to drive the ball out at turnover.

Moses and Chuks on the wings suffered for that. And you know if Ndidi tackled hard in his zone Brazil has more than enough free kick experts to punish us. That they had only one telling freekick outside the box shows how well composed he was.

Ndidi has a higher standard, so I graded him as such.
