Romance / Re: Share Your BREAK-UP Experience Here For Others To Learn by pesoXL(m): 2:02am On Jul 11, 2017
Alhkerimu:
My own be like a movie up till this moment....
Me and my girlfriend we both live in peace, our love is mutual i love her and she love me back. I care for her and she also care for me we are all living fine...
We hav never one day quarel nor fight throughout in our relationship......But suddenly she develop an unpredicted character towards me.
She came to my house one sunday morning and said she want to tell me something an i said what is that "honey "
I quote her saying,

" The reason why i'm here this morning is to let you know that i'm no more interested in this relationship. "
And ask her why but she only gave me a comic reason why she want to quit.
(1) She want to be alone
(2)She want to be closer to God.
And i said is that all she said yess and i respect her opinion an gave gap immediately because to love someone is not by force....

To my greatest surprise, a week latter she came i offer her chair to seat but she decline.
She started a conversation with me by saying,
I only tested you to know if you truely love me but you had fail my test already and this shows me that you did not love me rather you are pretending to love me, because how wish i love her i would have beg her not to quit the relationship, but since i did not beg her to come back show i did not love her.
This is how we take break up..
Happy sunday to all my wonderful people in nairaland

makizee:
Mazda...oh...my dad's first car, like someone said, perceptions of Nigerians just don't favour Mazdas right now and the sins of some of their problematic older models, Mazda has greatly improved though...check Kelley blue book page and other auto sites and see how recent mazda models stack aginst the likes of honda, toyota and nissan...they have really uped their game, even beating these better known brands in some parameters.

The new Mazda 6 is so agile ehn...better looking that many in it's class. Besides we like to go for the popular brands here, see how other noddles companies are struggling to compete against Indomie noddles, even Dangote had to bow !

I totally agree man! Remember when St. Louis ruled the sugar business for decades? Why do we still call general detergents 'OMO'? is all toothpaste really 'Close Up'? we consume based on recommendation, and most times there's no competition at all.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Real-life Robocop Starts Work In Dubai Tomorrow Onward (Photo) by pesoXL(m): 10:45pm On May 22, 2017
LatestAmebo:
The world's first robocop has been unveiled in Dubai and will be patrolling streets from tomorrow onward.

The 5 ft 5in tall robot can read facial expressions and will be used by members of the public to report crime and pay traffic fines.

Multi-lingual crime-fighting robots will make up a quarter of the city's police force by 2030, according to officials.

The robocop is part of the Emirates' planned robot police force and was unveiled at a three-day long Gulf Information Security and Expo Conference on Sunday.
The conference finishes tomorrow at which point the robocop will be released onto Dubai streets to tackle real crime.
'The launch of the world's first operational Robocop is a significant milestone for the Emirate and a step towards realising Dubai's vision to be a global leader in smart cities technology adoption', said Brigadier-General Khalid Nasser Al Razzouqi, Director-General of Smart Services for the police in Dubai.
'With an aim to assist and help people in the malls or on the streets, the Robocop is the latest smart addition to the force and has been designed to help us fight crime, keep the city safe and improve happiness levels', he said.
The announcement about plans for a robot police force was made at the 11 Best Police Practices Forum held in Dubai in March.

Crime / Re: 13-year-old Boys Who Fled Home And Lied About Being Kidnapped Nabbed In Lagos by pesoXL(m): 9:47am On May 22, 2017
ebusfav:
Two fleeing 13-year-old boys, were apprehended by operatives of Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command last Monday. It was gathered that the teenagers who fled their parents home in Abuja, were re-united with their parents on Friday.

The teenagers, Chidubem Amaechi, 13 and Chinedu Onyebuchi, 13 were apprehended by the RRS operatives of Monday morning after alighting from an Abuja bus at Ojodu Berger, Lagos. They were sighted wandering, before being invited for questioning.

The children had lied to the officers during interrogations that they were
kidnapped and blindfolded before they were driven to Lagos by their abductors. They added that they escaped from their abductors while they sleeping an under bridge before Ogun –Lagos long bridge.

An investigation into their kidnapping was launched immediately and found to be false. Their parents, who had been looking for them in Abuja, since Sunday, May 14, 2017, were shocked when contacted.

It took 3 days of questioning before, Chidubem opened up that he and Chinedu connived to leave Abuja because of the poor states of the parents.

According to Chidubem, “we noticed that our parents were suffering in order to take of care us.

We decided to come to Lagos and work for sometimes. Whatever we were able to raise in six months, we would handover to our parents for them to start business. We realised that the hardship was too much and that we would be helping them if we leave our families in Abuja in search of better opportunities in Lagos, he stressed.

I brought my N4, 200 savings, while Chinedu added N500 as transport fare to Lagos. We were already in Lagos before we realised that we were simply being stupid. We were wandering about when the officer invited us for questioning.”

The Commander, Rapid Response Squad, ACP Olatunji Disu, who received their parents on the fifth day of being in the Command’s custody in his office, appealed to parents and guardian to monitor and take good care of their wards.

The boys were re-united and released to their parents on Friday after they had promised not repeat their actions again.

Hi guys, I lost the game. Though, I used 100k. PSG was the bad egg.

I want to plead with those serious punters that dedicate their time for these games. I need 2 odds or less(1.5).

If I win, you get a cut... and I'm very serious.

Here we go again with this imaginary God

God will heal him meanwhile he allows Christians to die of cancer and other deadly diseases

God is capable of healing him but he ingnored him for many years, why do you think he would be interested in curing him now ??

If that your God is capable of doing anything, why are you and other people who believe in your friend God still live in poverty ??

Enough of that bullshit

and it is by your strength that you're able to think and write all these? you are not the architect of your own life. someone pulls the strings. can you explain Deja Vu? or the universe? your claims is actually way too myopic to form the base of an argument. Just remember you're not the wisest to ever live, they have been people before you, way greater people.. do you think no one has ever questioned the authenticity of a certain Supreme Being watching after us? I'd suggest you watch yourself. If you're in a quest for knowledge, I suggest you chose a path and trail it tenaciously. Don't question what you could & would never understand. God Bless you.
