Nobody will assist you in packaging your application... Do it as you please because we're not V.O and can not say who will get the visa but my advice is always say the truth because it's the right thing to do.

But your uncle shouldn't be sponsoring ur trip except ure under 18. But if ure above and he is, you shouldn't state it. Use self as person sponsoring your trip.

No. Not as immediate relative. If you select yes, u only see spouse, sibling and I think child. So select NO and you will be asked if you have any other relative, then u choose yes.

@petemail2all maybe because she switched, all her immediate family she is inviting get affected, probably go on your trip without attaching yourself to her, its over 10years already, they shouldn't put much weight on that. Reapply when u have changes (anytime)

Is getting married on a student visa an offense?

I believe the sister is one of the reason for your denial... She misused her student visa.

Don't staple it on any form.

The passport photographs, am I supposed to staple them to any of my print outs or just place them inside my int passport? And I av just one appointment document for three of us.....

You dont need to use any agent for the process. You can do it yourself. You guys should indicate you are sponsoring the trip except there is anyone below 18years.

Hey guys. just stumbled on this thread. so i have a couple of questions. I intend to visit the US with my family this August. My elder sister is a US resident, she is getting married and she has sent all our IVs. I intend to go with my Mum (who is a teacher) my dad (who is retired from an oil company and currently has a business) my younger sister (who is a nurse here) my brother (who is a student in one of the universities in Nigeria) and myself ( i work as a secretary).
1) we have no travel history. what are our chances
2) we intend to use an agent. is der any need or is this something we can do ourselves
3) My sister is the one sponsoring or flight tickets and accommodation, do we need to provide proof of that?
4) with all dez in place, is der any other thing we are missing? if yes, what
5) my younger sis applied for a uk visa sometime last year and was denied, would she have to state that also?

The interview lated 5 minute but it was fun.No document checked and he never asked of travel history.

From this transcript it goos to have a clear cut idea of where u are going to because sometimes the VO could make a mistake for no one is perfect

My advice is for you to go ahead and give it a shot. Prepare for your interview, read as much transcripts as you can. No one can fully determine your chances. I wish you All the best.

Now i have done change of name ad gotten a new passport, we have a 7months old child, although we have not traveled together as a family, but ive gone to UK, dubai, china, benin ad ghana while my husband has gone to only benin. You can go ahead. Be truthful enough to your VO if you are asked any questions about your pregnancy. Read this thread for similar transcripts
