Welcome on board bro. Thanks to all who have kept the thread going. The question has been asked already. What visa did you go with. Please we need some experiences and would appreciate as much advice as possible.
I am so excited that you made it to Germany. Congratulations.

The thread lives on.....

luvprince4real:
Woww. Good to know that this thread is still alive and bubbling well. I created this thread in April 2016 when I was planning my movement. Thank God today that my plans worked out well. Am presently in Germany with my family. Thanks to all that contributed to the thread.
TravelRe: Best European Country To Live In. by petemail2all(m): 9:33pm On Nov 19, 2017
Ok. I really appreciate the reply. Thanks a lot. We will find the best path. God help us.

Lalaski001:
As much as I would love to give you a positive answer to this, the truth is that, the right answer is negative.
Even those that graduated from schools there SOMETIMES find it difficult to get company to sponsor their work visa. In your case, even if you do get a company that is willing to offer you a job, you still need to go back home and apply for the work visa from your home country if you are there on visit visa.

Yesterday was her birthday. The official ceremony took less than 10mins and JP pronounced us married.

She knew though but went with it and acted surprised till the evening when we were watching Spiderman grin

Wow. Thanks a lot for this helpful advice. I really appreciate it. I guess others too will have a lot to learn from it. Another question is this, is it possible to get a company to give a work permit to someone on a visit visa.

Lalaski001:
Really, the best way to travel abroad is via student visa. This option opens you to several opportunities...

A visit visa is almost useless in all Western European countries if your ultimate plan is to immigrate. Its only in American, Canada and maybe Australia (am not sure about this) that you can easily get married and switch your visitors visa to a resident permit. In Europe, its not possible, and you will find it very hard if not impossible to survive if you don't have the legal papers to work plus the police won't let you rest.

So please my people, while making plans, please make sure you are getting the right info.

Bro I remember you said something like today is also her birthday and you planned surprising her with the marriage stuff. How did it go? You also said something about planning with the attorney.... Just throw some lights here.

BlowJobs:
I am still doing my own shakara. However, deep inside me. I just wanna talk to her.

I know things are different now cos she's my wife. I'm just really mad and at this point, i don't even know why I'm mad.

So, as a married man now, i need to explain to my wife how i spend my money and what i plan to spend my money on.. chai!!!.
See as i throway freedom of "bachelorhood".

Anyway, i still love my wife.. make i do my own shakara too

Hey bro. Welcome to the thread, I believe we will have someone in here who would help out with answers to what we seek.

Arielle:
Great thread. I've been planning to study in Canada with a view to settling there. My problem is I don't think my kids will be given a visa with me (I have 2 boys, 11 and 12). The whole Canada ish is too stressful so I've decided to apply to European schools as a viable plan b. The truth is I actually prefer a European education for myself and my boys. I like the idea of Germany because of its strong economy. I don't mind the language issue as I plan to learn german immediately although my studies will be in English. My kids are currently learning german and French in school so I think they'll be fine. I am looking at doing a Bachelors degree which is 3 years, giving me enough time to acquire a permanent stay. So my questions are:
Is this a good plan? I am widowed so I will be alone with my kids. I have some money so I should be reasonably comfortable until I find some work.
What towns do I need to avoid? Any advise would be much appreciated.

@seunny4lif you see, people are already reading the thread. Like I said we need a mentor here. We need someone who is currently in Europe to come to our aid. We just need some guidance. We will greatly appreciate. Thanks.

ITS OFFICIAL!!!!!!!!!...

LADY K will now be known as Mrs K...

This time yesterday morning, i was so nervous.

it is 5:25am right now. Waking up in our hotel room this morning, i keep smiling watching her sleep, her hair coiled over her face and her 'backside" positioned so that when she farts, the diffusion starts right from my side of the bed grin grin grin. Well, i signed up for this. I haven't seen changes right now except this round, golden looking metal on one of my left hand-fingers closest to the left pinkie finger.

Life is good grin.

I have a plane to catch later in the evening.. short trip (pics definitely)

Wow... It was nice coming across this thread. I have been looking for an active thread life in the Europe.

We know you went through a lot to get to the level you are in right now and would not want to share some experiences. But we won't mind hearing those experiences if they would help us make some decisions. We need ur ideas on moving to Europe. Maybe through visit visa, study visa etc. How to forge ahead once a person gets in. I am currently working on getting my schengen visa in the next few weeks.
Thanks in anticipation.

So would you advice I go with the option of entering with a visit visa?
Are you saying it's worth the try? I'm married though...... But I'm leaving alone... What do you advice....

seunny4lif:
cheesy
It's has been good and bad
Not only in Western world but all over the world
Let the Visa come out first then you know the next step one step over the other and remember you might find luck on your way
TravelRe: Best European Country To Live In. by petemail2all(m): 8:26am On Nov 19, 2017
Thanks for the reply once again. But we don't mind knowing abt ur experience. We could learn one or two things from it. The reason I'm asking is that an agent is working on a schengen visa for me currently but has refused to let me know what next before or after the 3months expires. He says I should just wait till the visa is out. But I need to know my options too and be prepared. He works with a company there who will be sending an invite for me.

Myself and others who will come through this thread will be grateful to know your experiences which ever country it may be, not necessarily Germany.

OK bro. That's a lot for the reply. Atleast it has helped me know some things abt Germany. Others who will read this thread will also be thankful for the information.

Now, my question is this; if asylum is the only way, how easy is it to seek asylum in Germany? We would appreciate any ideas and I'll will be grateful to learn from you.

seunny4lif:
Germany visiting visa can't work esp you seek asylum.
TravelRe: Best European Country To Live In. by petemail2all(m):
Thanks for your reply bro. How can someone with 3months visit visa make it in Germany. Can I be qualified for any of these job opportunities, What are the possibilities and options?? Please anyone with ideas should respond.

So many persons need to know more about visiting, hustling and possible getting work permit or green card in the schengen countries...

I wish there could be someone to make this thread lively by giving us his experience over there and possible opportunities towards gaining green card in these countries. I myself would appreciate if there's anyone out there who could help.....
God bless you.

OK boss. Thanks but what do you think of Austria?
TravelRe: Best European Country To Live In. by petemail2all(m):
Wow. I love this thread so much. This is the only thread I have seen people with positive minds and who are ready to assist with updated information. Thanks to all who have contributed in one way or the other. I av been scared reading other thread b4 now. But I have great hope again that I can survive in Europe. I av started my process, though with an agent to get a 3months schengen visa in the next few weeks. Hoping to come in through France. But he recommended Austria as the final destination. Hope this is a good step. I'm married though and av a daughter, but I will be living alone for now.

What's are my opportunities there looking at gaining residence or getting a work permit...? I would love your good answers. Thanks guys.

Ok

I am not there yet bro, I guess there were cheaper ones too.
TravelRe: QATAR And UAE GENERAL VISA ENQUIRIES PART 2 by petemail2all(m): 8:48pm On Nov 09, 2017
Hey bro. Is the 70k bed space for a month? If yes, are there no cheaper ones?

drkay:
You just have to look for a honest person around to help you with the visa. 600k is enough to cater for your visa, return ticket and one month bed space at least. I paid 230k for my long term single entry(it came out in one week), booked a return ticket for 229k on wakanow and going by what the gurus are saying here, 70k should get u a decent bed space.
