Without Messi this season Barca would have been mid table
He won them the game away to Slavia Praha He drew the game against Leganes He won the game against Celta Vigo He won the game against Atletico Madrid
So you see, it's not the team serving Messi rather Messi serving the team Bro leave dat guy weh deh claim seh im b Barca fan. Na likes im deh find from Messi haters |

BascoVanVeli: It is the biggest disgrace that Lionel Messi won that award over Sadio Mane. I will continue to say that football is the most racist sport on the planet. As an African it makes me feel worthless that a man can do so so much and not even make the top 3.
I am a Barcelona fan but Messi did not deserve that award. Mane defeated him in the biggest moment of the season. If Harry Kane did what Mane he would surely be the world best.
Mane snubbed for being African, claims Kouyate
Cheikhou Kouyate indicated he feels European and South American players are favoured in the Ballon d'Or voting - at Sadio Mane's expense.
AS.com
Liverpool forward Sadio Mane would have won the Ballon d'Or if he was European or Brazilian, claims his Senegal team-mate Cheikhou Kouyate.
Mane came fourth in the final standings with 347 votes from the panel of world football journalists, behind winner Lionel Messi (686 votes) of Barcelona, Liverpool team-mate Virgil van Dijk (679) and Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo (476).
As well as helping his team to Champions League glory in June, Mane has continually excelled in domestic action for the Premier League's runaway leaders and Kouyate, who was part of the Palace team that lost 2-1 to Mane's Liverpool in November, suggested the 27-year-old was overlooked due to an anti-African bias.
Cheikhou Kouyate: No doubt Mane should have won
"For me this Ballon d'Or is for Sadio Mane, there is no doubt about that," Kouyate told The Mirror.
"Listen, if Sadio was a Brazilian or a European there would not have been no debate.
"It would have been him for the award straight away and it's not because I play with him at international level, or because I know him; it's just what people who watch football feel.
"Just go back and watch what he did for both club and country and you will see in between the lines that no one has been better than him."
Mane was instrumental in Senegal's run to the final of the Africa Cup of Nations, scoring three goals in five appearances before they were beaten 1-0 by Algeria at the last hurdle.
Kouyate added: "We all know that Messi is really good, maybe the greatest player, but last season, come on.
"Maybe it's not just football that they look at because there is no way three people had a better season than him [Mane].
"It's just unbelievable how some people are judged but that is not fair."

TheSuperNerd: You know nothing about Pele. Several of his goals also came against the toughest sides in European football back in the 60s and 70s. Santos and Pele always went on world tours to partake in games and tournaments against the world's greatest clubsides. So biko don't speak with so mucj authority on something you are ignorant about. All because of some Die hard blind love for Messi. OGA.......you watch pele live ? Y u deh beat chest on person weh na only im YouTube clip u watch? Even Stanley okoro get YouTube highlights |

Rednaxelot: i’ve read much about issues relating to this, relating to his action in training and during the match. Christian Tello is a living example I love his football, but his attitude isn’t so comparable with how people see him, most especially while comparing him with Ronaldo’s manner.
Referring to the numerous comments against Ronaldo on the physical attack on Pep Guardiola in one of the el classicos. Post d source |

etrange: You just heard one person's story and you're already insulting and calling names. Truth is, you don't like Messi and anything against him is welcome to you.
As for the story, I don't understand the statement "always looks to control the match". How does he do it? Does he force the referee to give him free kicks or stop him from giving others? Most players try to defend their actions whenever the referee blows the whistle so if that's what happened, would it be a Messi thing? Perhaps the statement "he's always trying to control the match" was what the coach was throwing around on that day that got at Messi?
I'm not on anybody's side but these are some of the question we should be asking so as to balance out the story. Nice one bruh |
