My thought about the 'domain is worthless discussion'. Bear it in mind that its ceo's that purchase geo domains most of the time but due to the constant spam they get from domain sellers, this reduce the worth of the domain. it doesn't mean all domains are worthless but most of the domains(especially geo domains) we outbound to them are worthless. Web design companies buy geo domains every time, if these domains are that worthless, web design guys who should be experts in this field won't buy geo domains because they know wassup.
So my advice is try to buy good domains not just worthless crap that you think you can outbound 1000 times to same set of end users. It makes other good domains look worthless.

Epik offers same thing Dan offers and even much more. Epik is a renowned registrar and marketplace. I quite find it funny why someone will register a domain at Epik then take it to Dan for sale and start outbounding using Dan's lander. Why do we like to stress ourselves unnecessarily? I don't understand the economic sense in that.

Buyers do complain about epik buying process being tedious, dan's own is very smooth.

In my opinion, the third option is not necessary, these buyers can easily change their mind, Dan giving them the option of a refund even before they demand for it doesn't go down well with me. A refund should only come up when all options have been exhausted.

Are you sure the buyer paid or you accepted his offer and he never paid. Never heard of a refund done after payment has been made. I might be wrong though.

This TN, how long did you hold it? Those guys don't buy domains

Most of the domains were held for a day or 2, the only domain on the list that took time is the knoxville which was about 5 months and the Austin andPittsburgh about a week.

It's better you don't message the end user again and move on. A lot of this end users change their mind easily. It could be because they consulted their web guy, they've spent the money that they wanted to use to buy the domain or many other reasons.
