As of now what gold is saying is that any buy for now on gold is retracement the buys will come with momentum but its not gonna come now so we move with the sells untill the markets tell me yo we're ready to buy then my bias will change, i think what changed my trading tremendously for new traders is not having a particular opinion of the market, i know what contributes to me seeing a buy so if it isn't there then it isn't, i start looking if the sells fit my strategy criterias be safe the trend is your friend

Nothing is wrong with you.. it’s simply emotions having your money on the line doesn’t come easy. except you just distract urself with other things

Divide your account into two one where you immediately take profits while the other you hold trades and just move stop loss to breakeven,and make sure your breakeven is very close to your entry so you don't take a loss if the market comes against you

You dey overrate news. I think it was Karkinase that told me not to be expecting much from news. The only news to pay attention na CPi, NFP, FOMC meeting, Powell's speech. Everything else na waste of time.
Besides, the chart had already signaled that it would be choppy even before the week began. After an outside bar on the weekly, most times , the next 2-3 weeks will be range bound. No surprises on that. The key is next week (NFP).

my guy news has effect nothing like overate if we are at the low of the day even if na housing news that news is meant to push prices up its just a matter of is the news going to be released when price hit a key level that's the concern
