Twin babies in the womb saw a penis coming towards them.
*The 1st baby said, Hey daddy is coming inside to play with us.
*The 2nd baby replied, you are stupid cos you have no sense at all! It's not daddy, its daddy's friend, Daddy doesn't cover his face with a rubber mask when he wants to play with us.

You will see, this one will not give us ice cream when he is leaving... ROTFLMAO

If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep you are richer than 75% of this world. If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish, you are among the top 8% of the worlds wealthy.

And if you get this on your own computer, you are part of the 1% in the world who has that opportunity. If you woke up this morning with more health than illness... You are more blessed than the many who will not even survive this day.'

If you can attend a church without the fear in battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation. You are ahead of 700 million people in the world.

If you can attend a church without the fear of harassment, arrest, torture or death you are envied by, and more blessed than, three billion people in the world.

If your parents are still alive and still married...you are very rare. If you can hold your head up and smile, you are not the norm, you are unique to all those in doubt and despair.

Ok, what now? How can i start? If you can read this message, you just received a double blessing in that someone was thinking of you as very special and you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world who cannot read at all.

Have a good day, count your blessings, and if you want, pass this along to remind everyone else how blessed we all are.

Mod, please do the needful.
Christianity Etc › What Happens In Heaven. by petokey(op): 4:45pm On Jun 29, 2015
I dreamt that i went to Heaven and an angel was showing me around. We walked side-by-side inside a large workroom filled with angels. My angel guide stopped in front of the first section and said, 'This is the Receiving section. Here, all petitions to God said in prayer are received.''

I looked around in this area, and it was terribly busy with so many scraps from people all over the world. Then we moved on down a long corridor until we reached the second section.

The angel then said to me, This is the Packaging and Delivery Section. Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are processed and delivered to the living persons who asked for them. 'I noticed again how busy it was there. There were many angels working hard at that station, since so many blessings had been requested and were being packaged for delivery to Earth.

Finally at the farthest end of the long corridor we stopped at the door of a very small station. To my great surprise, only one angel was seated there, idly doing nothing. 'This is the Acknowledgment Section,' my angel friend quietly admitted to me. He seemed embarrassed 'How is it that there is no work going on here?' I asked, 'so sad,''the angel sighed. 'After people receive the blessings that they asked for, very few send back acknowledgments...'

How does one acknowledge God's blessings? I asked. 'Simple, the angel answered. Just say, 'Thank you, Lord. What blessings should they acknowledge? I asked...

I don't know if am the only one noticing this. Whats with the choice of BLACK colour President Buhari normally puts on when travelling outside the country?

My imaginations...... huh

1. In my culture, BLACK clothes signifies a period of mourning.

Maybe he is mourning Nigeria in the face of other countries, so that they can have pity on him. cry embarassed

2. Diabolical.

Maybe he belong to a confraternity that told him to always put on black when traveling out, to serve as protection and fortification. lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

3. Taste.

Maybe that is his favorite color. lmao... undecided but i wonder why someone will decide to pick BLACK of all colors as his favorite. grin grin White cloths in the country and black cloths outside the country. grin

Please it is just an imagination ohhhh. But come to think of it, probably you might have other thoughts as i had.

Nairaland General › Nairaland Comments Are Ambiguous! by petokey(op): 4:32pm On Jun 01, 2015
Yes!! I think its high time i come out of my shell of ignorance. And i am pretty sure, i am not the only person undergoing this dilema. But lets say i am the bravest among them to have voiced it out.

While reading posts and comments on Nairaland, i do come across lots of abbrevations and acronyms that appears very ambiguous for my liking. It sometimes causes a disconnect in comprehending the writer's (poster or commenter) message. Examples include:

1. OP:

Lately i came to understand that they are actually referring to a person who creates a post. But what is the origin of the abbreviation OP?

2. WTH:

please what does this mean?

3. ROTFL:

Haba!, which one is this again? Sometimes i feel like i didn't go to school.

4. Lolss and Lolzz:

Even though i happen to know this, i honestly don't know its origin?

5. WTF:

Initially i thought this meant 'WaiT First' but as time goes on, it doesn't make meaning in some comments i read, thinking that was the meaning.

6. ATM:

This is the latest i am seeing in nairaland now. For God sake, i know ATM to be Automated Teller Machine. But Nlanders has another meaning now

7. BTW:

When i was in secondary school, i used it as short form of the word 'BETWEEN' but now it obviously means something else to Nlanders.

There are many more, but these are the most commonly used i can remember.

Please somebody should keep we the learners up to speed with the meaning of these abbreviations so that we won't always be left behind.

Thanks in anticipation of a kind gesture from a good samaritan.

Tomorrow is the handing over ceremony. But i can rightly say there are so many good things i can remember GEJ for.

I will remember him for making this statement during one of his speech.

... My re-election does not worth the blood of Nigerians...

What good thing do you remember him for?
Politics › This Is What Nigerian Government Did For Me. by petokey(op): 10:59am On May 21, 2015
Well meaning Nigerians, i greet you all.

With respect to the topic above (though sarcastic)one will but wonder if their is need for state and local government in Nigeria. Base on my opinion, the state and local government put together has not done anything near what the regional governors did then in the sixties and seventies( the Awos, Ziks, and Ahmed Bello).

Haven't you sat down and asked yourself..... What has the government done for me? especially your local government?

With all this in my mind, it has led me into posing this question to my fellow Nigerians.....

How can we really rate the performance of the three arms of government in Nigeria? giving examples of the states and local government affected.

Yes! because i really want to critically argue on the checks and balances. so i need examples.

All opinions are welcomed, i don't discriminate.
