Nope D Enugu I stayed in from my service year in 2011 to When Chime Left as Governor was very secured. It was the only place in the East I had rest of mind then even entering as late as 12 midnight. I don't know what it's like now...It is God that protects though.

That's why we are saved by grace and not by works. No human is beyond redemption. If Shekau genuinely repents of his atrocities and ask God for forgiveness, accepting Christ into his life, he will be saved. Remember the thief who died at the side of Jesus at Calvary? That's the depiction of Salvation. As for one who is a believer and turns his back from God Read Ezekiel 3:20. It's to hold firmly to the truth you have.

Denying the reality of eternity is saying God doesn't exist. Events in human existence have shown that there is a reward system for every action thus the term 'Karma'. Every religion advocates life in the hereafter and there's consequences for every evil act. Back to the poster: True it's only faith in Christ Jesus that delivers one from the eternal damnation of hell. St Paul in his admonition to the Roman Church said "shall we continue to sin so that grace may abound? God forbid". Accepting Jesus in itself is a new birth experience sanctified by the workings of the Holy Spirit. A believer in Christ Jesus have no desire to sin because it is the righteousness of God that is now at work in him. Yes in the earth realm we are prone to errors as humans and thus the provision to ask God for forgiveness. We are daily striving to perfection as believers till the day we meet God in eternity.
