My Tecno Pova 2 has stopped responding to touch, the screen flickers if I hold the bottom part. The screen has no crack at all. What could be the cause?

Pova 2 is already in Nigeria now, it's the phontom x and camon 17 and 18 series that made them delay pova 2 , pova 5G is definitely the first Tecno on 5G network ,Infinix it's also coming with zero 8 5G early next year all will come out definitely it's getting to Nigeria very fast .
