Well, there was a fundamental issue. We needed to travel home to see my people for marriage arrangements and were supposed to travel by road. He gave me his own part of the money for the trip while I was supposed to offset mine. The problem was that I eventually booked one that was slightly cheaper than what we agreed for our return (a Sienna instead of Salon car) even though I booked salon car for going. I did this in good faith to save a little money as we had a lot of expenses to plan for then and I thought the Sienna was equally comfortable. I told him after the booking and boom! The quarrel started. He said I betrayed his trust and ever since, he never fails to tell me how he cannot trust me with money. This is someone I don't even ask him for money. We share almost all our household bills equally and I am always ready to assist financially in the home yet he doesn't trust me with money. It's really a lot in this short time of our marriage (6 months) and I must say I am getting tired of it all.

i think you should stop telling him everything you do but as I see this case (i.e 6 months) then prayer is needed

in naija divorce or seperation most times is never an option.imagine u seperate from a troublesome spouse and ur pastor or priest will be scoulding u dat u will go to hell or that God is angry with u.asper our very religious nature we wont want to do that.In short some ppl even regard staying in a troublesome chaotic marriage as a cross that they should carry.thats why the whites are smarter..when u give them stress they sue for divorce.

remember the story i told u about one young lady i dey frequently buy cooking gas from when i dey benin ?.i dont remember if i told u but i always dey yarn the tory here.she died of high blood pressure at the age of 38 yrs.when i come her stall to buy gas one day and i see the obituary picture na so i open mouth dey shocked..very nice lady and very quiet.They said her husband always cheats on her and nags and insults her at home.dem say anytime the man dey insult her she just keeps silent.though if u look at her physically she doesnt look haggard oo but then she had high blood pressure.when she die just after a week na so the man come take over the gas shop plus one lady who i suspected was the side chick or so was helping him the business.tongues wagged but the man didnt give a fuk .There is this another man too who taught me and classmates maths in jss2.the man is also a lecturer and was teaching us part time.This man is gentle and very religious as well.both im and im wife dem be calabar.while this man is gentle and faithful the wife is troublesome and noisy.na dis man dey go market for im wife and dey enter kitchen dey cook while the wife and her two grown up dauthers go dey sitting room dey watch zee world.anytime d man go market na so market women go dey shout say oga! wey ur wife? d man go just smile say im wife dey house or office .if u see the guy stress don show for im body.heavy wrinkles everywhere.there was a time back in the past the man travelled to US to do his phd and the wife started flirting.na so im go carry men come house for nacking things.when the man heard the story and finally returned he wanted to chase her away but their catholic priest prevailed on him to forgive and forget since catholic church no dey accept divorce.na one saturday morning dem say the man dey wash im car then as im wan bend down to wash im car tire na so im just collapse and die on the spot.they said the wive and dauther were inside watching tv.the wife started featuring in some few nollywood flicks after the man died though after some time she stopped acting.if u saw the wife when she was younger na so she carry ur complexion and very attractive.even me and some of my other colleagues even though we were children we were taken aback by her beauty .there was one thing my mom told us about the lady when they were both bunk mates in higher instituition.if u dey interested wetin my mom tell us abt d lady i go yarn u .
