Seems like your job duties qualify you for Poultry Farmer. Poultry Farmer is on the QLD 489 list as at today.

Step 1 - Google 121321 poultry farmer, and read the jobdescription as outlined by abs.gov.au. See if your current job duties fit at least 75%

Step 2 - Read about the 489 visa well...just google it and click on the immi link. It is a provisional visa that leads to permanent residency after residing and working in a regional area for 2 yrs, but does not entitle you to centrelink or medicare.

If youare fine with the 489 visa...

Take a mock points test, using an average score of 7 in english. You need to get a total score of 60. You get 10 points for selecting a 489 visa, so all you need is to get a 50 from other criteria like age, work experience, english language, credentials.

If you get at least a 60...

1. Get your credentials and work experience assessed by VETASSESS.
2. Register for IELTS
3. Submit EOI
4. Apply for state sponsorship
5. Once invited to apply, lodge your visa application
6. Medicals
7. Visa grant

Agricultural Consultant is available on the SOL and CSOL. I got my visa based on that occupation.

basically ensures the safety and efficiency of the poultry farm operations,prioritize tasks and assigns duties to farmer workers.
Training of new farm workers on data records,creates reports on farm production, Feeds composition,compounding and supply,drugs and vaccine administration,artificial insemination (parent stock poultry farms) and sanitation practise to prevent spread of diseases.

basically bn working in an agro-allied firm for couple of yrs now as a farm supervisor and also carry out farm visiting and consultancy services.

happy new yr. wishing everyone success in our endeavour. pls I want to seek advice here,am a graduate of Agricecons wit 4yrs experience in the discipline... planned taking a masters in Aussie but the cost is way to high for my budget.now in the middle of nowhere.. pls house is dre any vocational program.one can take that is way cheaper or can I consider the possibility of work thru the skilled workers program if that not to late to pursue .really want to leave Naija.ur advise will be appreciated. thanks all.
