Same thing is being played out in Nigeria come 2023, Don’t get me wrong Peter Obi is not the anointed candidate by God for Nigeria, he is not even close to being an anointed savior, in the story of David, Peter is rather the stone that will bring down the giant (individuals and groups that are holding back Nigeria) in my opinion Peter Obi is in no way a Messiah, Peter is merely creating a path for the next generation of leaders that will emerge, if you’re thinking that Peter Obi can solve current Nigeria’s then you’re not being realistic, Peter Obi’s victory in 2023 polls will not come because of his competence or because he possessed all the qualities of the leader that Nigeria wants and needs as a matter of fact he possesses only a few if we are being honest, Nigerians choosing to elect Peter Obi as their next president is going to be a clear representation that power truly belongs to the people and you can only oppress and subjugate the people only for a little while before they rise up and fight back, a small fraction of people cannot sit down and hold the whole country to ransom, this will send a message to our representatives and leaders that Nigerians can and will overthrow out bad leadership and corruption, it will usher in a new era of leadership by competence not by desperation, popularity, region, religion or party.
