The states should respect the law and allow the autonomy of the LGAs. They (the state)want autonomy themselves (from the centre/FG)but how could they successfully fight for the freedom they are having troubles giving to their subordinates? It would be difficult. |

Dope |
LAGOS ISLAND gets many houses that shouldn't still be standing and I hope focus is strictly enforced (by the LASG environmental team) on compliance with building standard and hazard spacing. Those places are too rowdy for my liking! |
The more the merrier, so it's bad they're closing up but if all these would end up creating more avenues for,the prosperity of the indigenous manufacturers cum competitors, then we can only hope and pray the fate comes to pass. GOD SAVES NIGERIA WE RISE! |
adenigga:OF course, Boko Haram is becoming more impotent by the day but BANDITRY and KIDNAPPING are still dotting our security map with numerous patches of bloody red which equally signify immense danger like the silenced BOKO INSURGENCE. We can't truly celebrate until all of them (including the UNKNOWN GUNMEN and KILLER HERDSMEN) are put to bed, never to disturb our individual and collective peace again. GOD BLESS NIGERIA WE RISE! |
Hmmmmm! But left to me the future of our power supply (for effective supply and efficient distribution)lies in each state resilient investment in the constant (or better put, 24/7) generation and supply of power at least for her residents. Each state should start working towards this now SO AS TO GET ENTIRELY OUT OF DARKNESS IN A DECADE. GOD BLESS NIGERIA WE RISE! |
There's no reason whatsoever that can justify this so as there's no reason whatsoever to justify the bombing of innocent civilians in GAZA. Both are wrong and must be condemned. Say no to bloodshed and war. Embrace the olive branch by recognizing PALESTINE sovereinty. Embrace the proposed two-states solution. Embrace peace! |
Khalling2007:This happened in the SAD East, so you might have to wait till the LORD's trumpet before BITTER Obi will man up to comment on/ outrightly condemned atrocities committed in his region. He only quickly react to news acknowledging the laudable thing(s)done by someone from that region. Laudable things done by others take some time before a reaction or might not even get a reaction at all. |
michlins:The more reason the attack may likely never happen in such scenario because all stakeholders/strategists from every regions are involved. To plan to take out one is to have to take out others and that might end up costly for the region that perpetrate the crime. They'll make more enemies than they can contend with. |
Raskimonojendor:The South West governors are waking up and making the people count. Except, of course, the Ogun state governor, D Abiodun that I'm yet to see what he's really done, then the rest are way up there against the best from any region (if not better). And where H.E Sanwo Olu is concerned, nobody comes close by a long short. |
Bunch of jokes! |
For real? Then it's save to say the northerners prepared for a possible break up advantage long before we started clamouring for the restructuring down south. With such refinery, they may not need the SS afterall, except port from any southern part, EVEN IF THAT MEANS BENIN REPUBLIC. |
ceevictor:If building almost a score of bridges, completing and constructing blue and red line rail respectively, building,a film city (to support NOLLYWOOD) and LAGOS ARENA (to support AFROBEATS and sport), building JETTIES and acquiring more boats for improved water transportation, constructing deep seaport, constructing food hubs, supporting local farmers, supporting tech and film industry with, grants and trainings, building health centres as well as renovating and empowering existing ones, building new schools and also, renovating delapidated ones, building new roads as well as repairing bad ones, etc. ARE YOUR IDEA OF UNDERPERFORMANCE, SHOW US WHAT PERFORMANCE ARE AND NAME THE FACILITATOR. |
What I'd have loved the lawmakers to puah and sign into law is the devolution of power back to the regions. That's the old system that matters the most and which deserves a return. GOD BLESS NIGERIA |
Alright! Waiting on the point of meeting |
What ISRAEL is doing against PALESTINE is the worst of crimes, and assaults. Only bloodthirsty mfs glorify the murder of innocent civilians in the name of revenge. Thank GOD people are now noticing and lending their voices against the atrocities. If you don't speak up against this now, it may be your turn tomorrow. |
Decoys? Jokes, right? |
Gone are the days LAGOS STATE condone anything but going forward if it's not rightly done, then it has to go down. The urban regeneration is aimed to benefit the people of LAGOS on the short and long run. So #BuildItRight GOD BLESS LAGOS STATE FOR A GREATER LAGOS STATE EKO O NII BAJE O WE RISE! |
Can't rate SANWO OLU against the rest. That dude is operating on another level entirely. Having said that, BAGO of NIGER STATE, SEYI MAKINDE of OYO STATE, ALEX OTTI of ABIA, follow suit at a distance in that order. |
Of course, USA are strategic accomplices in the ongoing crime against the palestine civilians. They're merely tendering sympathy for the palestine plight in absolute deceit. |
But others were intended to cause civilian casualties? |
That's not bad. |
Supported |
That's good |
Wow! He's made for the glamour. |
What kept them so long? Many had been iterating how our dumpsites could have be generating constant power for the betterment of the surrounding neighbourhoods from time immemorial. Now they're just waking up to the call. It's never too late though! |
Alright |
Do some beauties ever wane with age? |
What DNA is now revealing, in close future there might be little of old marriages left standing and intact. More revelation on the way. |
TruthU87:ONLY bloodthirsty demons still support this carnage. If this is all there's to show dominance, then @Netanyahu is just another fvcking HITLER in disguise. This is barbaric! I STAND FOR A RECOGNIZED PALESTINE STATE! |
yinkabeauty: .............I had already decided I would not reply on this issue anymore but perhaps, I should make an exception here (as it's unlike me to return to where I'd said goodbye) and make this very one the last JUST TO SHOW YOU YOUR STVPIDITY. You claimed my response was insultive but all you did in most of your responses were verbal attacks and insults in return. Why the complaint when you're still gonn head that same route? AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU GUYS PROBLEM WITH POOR AMNESIA. Or is it just mere comprehension issues?I mean how can you claim to haven't been the one who mentioned the incompatibility of the YORUBA and the IGBO ethnic groups when it was actually your argument the moment you bursted into my mention from nowhere supporting another handle, telling me how the notion was true? AND funny enough, you ended up still presented a disjointed, incoherent submission in continuation of same notion you claimed not to have pushed or championed? How retarded can someone be? SOMETIMES, I WONDER IF EDUCATION SYLLABUS AND CURRICULUM IN NIGERIA SHOULDN'T HAVE LONG BEEN OVERHAULED AND WHO WOULD DISAGREE WITH ME WITH ALL THESE,SITUATIONs? IT'S JUST SO SAD. ANYWAY, I'VE MADE MY POINT. AIN'T GOT NO TIME FOR MUDFIGHT. THIS IS THE LAST I HONOUR YOU WITH ON THIS ARGUMENT. IF YOU STILL CARE TO DRAG AROUND, THE FIELD'S ALL YOURS BUT REMEMBER, IT'S YOU ALL ALONE NOW. OR BETTERSTILL, GET ANOTHER COMPANION. |
