Romance › Re: Most Average Rented Homes In America Vs Nigeria by phazotron(m): 11:24pm On Oct 22, 2020
Casper21:
An American average houses are so expensive than houses in Banana island.

An average single worker in USA living in a one room rented apartment pays $2000 monthly. In a year it totals to $24000. That's about #9,000,000 naira in conversion rate of 380.

While in Naija, the most beautiful 3 bedroom ensuite flat in Lekki can be gotten for#600k or 700k yearly. About $1800.

Imagine earning $4k and your rent eats up 50% of Ur income and you then spend extra $1000 for your bills and taxes. see why it's somehow difficult for your friends or family who are abroad to send you Money?
As in

Houses are fragging expensive in the us

Omo to buy good house there if you no get reach $400k u never start

FACTS:

Buhari is a useless leader.

EndSARS had noble intentions at the start but it eventually was hijacked by anti Yoruba interests.

If you're Yoruba and you supported destroying your homeland, shame on you for your naivety.
And unparalleled stupidity

My office has bin looted. The protest has lost its course.
I have images of my looted office but i wont post it.
I ve bin thinking how i will spend over 2million naira replacing 6laptops, router, two air-conditioners.
The management of the building will have to repair all the office glasses that was broken.

The Protesting youths are back in their homes awaiting change and cleansing of the streets.

Politicians sent thugs to disperse protesters.
Politicians did not send thugs to burn the state and police stations and kill policemen. Seems you don't want to be convinced, keep blaming politicians, when all you need to do is pause your fucking emotions and think straight. Thinking with sentiments is what aligns humans with animals.
That's the mentality of Nigerians for you

Emotions and sentiment over logic

They will always blame govt rather than take responsibility for their own fuckups and work on them

Hired thugs are citizens

How country wan better when We keep selling ourselves to the politicians at every turn

Statements like this happens when you want to deceive yourself.

Before the shooting at toll gate, the security situation was already bad. People were being stopped and harassed by criminals. Phones, bages etc were being snatched.

Some dispatch riders were being harassed. Who were those blocking roads across Lagos. Are they not Hoodlums with weed in one hand and sachet alcohol on the other hand?

Cult fight had already started in some areas.

In Benin city, youths were collecting money from motorist in the name of END SARS.

We know Nigerians don't want to hear the truth.

Worse is when the so called celebrities and popular people want to deceive themselves largely because they have been captured by forces beyond them.

Some are trying to make it political or tribal . It's a shame.

The agenda is, chaos for control. I won't stress it because people will still argue.
Don't stress it

Or else your country people will abuse you

Nigerians no get thinking faculty walahi

Don't mind them. Nigerians no they reason na

They are not, at least not on the scale some shortsighted, selfish persons want. They are ready for the small battles such as reform police, end Fulani killings, end banditry; end power shortages, provide hospitals etc. One step at a time; during elections go out and vote on the issues not tribal affiliations; love your country and your fellow citizens above politicians; protest for better education, protests for better roads, vocational type training so that people have the practical skills to help themselves in the absence of jobs, keep the missions small and relevant to everyday life. On many issues keep the fight local to your state government.

Endsars was achievable, things deteriorated when many online and on the matches, including some so called celebrities, began to say that this protest should be much more than about reforming SARS
There were 2 fundamental mistakes. Agitation for better governance isn't one of them.

Allowing the protest linger too long.

Self sabotage by Youths Allowing themselves to be used by politicians.

We scored own goal big time!

hope they wont blame anybody wen these criminals start unleashing mayhem on residents. Some of them are on death row for murder, arm robbery etc and i always say this, a man on death row has nothing more to loose.

Lets keep destroying our society in the name of stupid revolution, its still d common man that will suffer most
Am glad some hoodlums have just been arrested in ikeja

And for those idiots that will still come and blame Igbos. Mad men everywhere. I pray when these hoodlums are shot, we wont start hearing unarmed protesters. Any body who doesnt provide essential services dat is out there protesting right now is a hoodlum

right now I stand with the police, military etc, peace need to be restored to our societies.
Thank you. It is now youll know Nigerians are critically and terminally stupid and foolish.

It's not bad to agitate for more than endsars though. The major problem was that Nigerians self sabotaged themselves by allowing themselves to be used by politicians as thugs etc. For us to defeat govt, not one citizen across the 36 states must allow himself to be used.
