You're right but are you expecting him to sit down in his office without monitoring projects,if that is your assertion ,then governor has no business inspecting projects and also commissioners,they should have sent project monitoring team to do that. How I wish people like these are bannished into a place where they could be useful for the economy without a dime, the only thing they would have access to is two shirt, and overall for farming. They would be given food and a bed space and JTF base around them to protect them from running and also the farm from Herders They should be there till they will be 70 or 75 years after which they will be released to another quarters for the rest of their lives.
