Someone like this must be helped not to be useless to the nation because he has been useless to himself and the way to make this possible are; 1. Cas.trat.e him 2. Government should map out a very large area of lamd with joint taskforce unit base on the land for various agricultural practices across the country. 3. People like him, thugs, pickpocket, neutralized terrorists, looters etc should be posted to work on the land. 4. No access to telephone or Internet service for them 5.
