FreeStuffsNG:
Government should immediately impose a temporary ban on gathering like this to save more lives.

Not even during SAP did we have this kind waste of innocent lives
Well said if the government do the needful.
Did you think it is easy for people to go and queue for food and be controlled by somebody who is far lower than him or her in terms of age. Forget about those that are perpetual beggars, there is hunger in the land.
The policy of the government you asked to put a ban on this is not helping.
That you could afford your daily meal is the grace of God

opera1:
I blame their parents
You're right 👍
But look at in this way, what could have made parents to release their children at odd hours to the cold weather? Don't forget they're children which means 75 to 95 percent of the children involved would be with their parents? Does that means they're not enjoying their sleep? Well the answer might be yes, because if they're they wouldn't be out by then.

What could made them not to enjoyed their sleep? It is nothing than hunger.

There is hunger in the land, hardly will you see anyone that has what to eat involved in that incident.
You can't blame the parents.

It is saddening that the children (future of this nation) were the ones paying for the failure of their father and of this government.
If there's no hunger in the land how on earth would people be at the venue of a give away before 5 am.

Yet some are still standing on the mandates?
Politics › Re: Spare Me Landed Property In Maitama For Bail" Yahaya Bello Begs Court by phemmie06(m): 6:45am On Dec 20, 2024
Securing your bail with Transcorps Hilton hotel is very simple, you only need to meet each of the shareholders of the hotel and the parent company the only issue is that there's no statutory meeting on sight and it is too late to call for one looking at the 21 days minimum criteria for such but another way round it is to visit each of the shareholder at home. Thank God you have the resources to do that.

People like these should be helped to useful for Nigerians.
Government, should map out a large area of land for agriculture, with staff quarters, cooks and military base around the area to protect the area .
The farm will be their home till they're 70 years after which they will be released to another quarters till the rest of their life, no means of communication, no Internet only television and radio will be provided for then.
This will reduce criminal elements around us. But the government won't do such because they use the thugs
