Thanks a lot for your advice. My wife is into media marketing while I am into Sales and Marketing in Oil and Gas. Meanwhile, I am using my wife as a principal applicant because she is into paid job while I am doing my personal business. What further advice would you give on the best place considering taxes, weather and cost of living?

Regards

zeelo2014:
It depends largely on ur profession, where u'll have more opportunities. Having a relation or friend that is willing to guide u for like a week is a big factor as well.
If u're into Financial sector - ontario
Oil and Gas- Alberta and Sask
Agriculture- Manitoba
Gold and Mineral mining -Yukon territory
shipping- Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, BC.
Also consider the weather too, BC has the fairest climate.
Consider Taxes and cost of living too.

I have been trying to register for IETLS exams towards either November or December 2014 but, availability for both October and November 2014 is full. However, it is stated that IELTS exams (General Training) not available in my location between December 2014 and March 2015. Please, what is the meaning of this? Thanks.

The evaluation cost about 300 dollars, a friend in the US assisted me to make the payment from there. You could contact your bank for assistance.
Genteffect: Please how much does the evaluation cost and how did you make the payment. I just requested for my transcript in school, and I've already opened an online account with WES for the FSWP. Thanks
TravelRe: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by Phemmie72: 10:52pm On Sep 26, 2014
I received an updated information from WES today that stated thus: Evaluation Status: Documents received - review in progress
We have received your documents and will contact you when your documents have been reviewed.

What does this imply please?

@ damkollins

Thanks for the materials, very helpful. In 7 years, I have been working with Federal Government, is work reference letter starting from my assumption date in the office good enough for FSWP application? Though, all the necessary and useful details would be included .

In addition, kindly throw more light on the difference between the ongoing FSWP applications and Express Entry in 2015?

Regards.

damkollins: 1.Yes ....the evidence of your POF can be in your name or in conjunction with your spouse inform of separate accounts or even joint account.
2.They may be best considered as assets.Your evidence of your POF should be in fund that is unencumbered so you should be slightly careful.
3.Apart from your spouse inform filling his own job details in his personal information question of the background declaration form,he doesn't needmto included any evidence regarding it.
4.You can drop your email address here ....the materials will be forwarded to you.
Cheers

@damkollins @solomonwis

My husband decided to use me as the principal applicant for because, I have been in Federal Government employment for over 7 years while he has been into his personal business for several years too, both of us fall under NOC 1123 Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations.

My questions:

1. Can my spouse support me with his statements of accounts in addition with my salary and personal accounts as POF?
2. Can property, cars, that bears both of us names be also presented in addition with statements of accounts as POF?
3. Is there any need for my spouse to present any evidence of his personal business in the application process?
4 Can I be sent any link where I could learn more on IETLS exams, questions?

Thanks.
