I meant do I need to collect letter of permission from my children's school as evidence that their school is aware they won't be around for two week in the middle of the session or I do not need any documents?

Good day to you all,

Please, I need your advice. My family and I have just been issued visiting visa to US to attend a wedding programme. Now that secondary schools are in session, which documents do you advice I collect from my children's school being presented at the point of entry in the US?

I await your prompt response.

Thank you.

Good day all, please I have an issue that I don't know how to go about it; I have a dependant that's not my biological daughter, she's my niece, the mother who was my only sister is late and she was a single mum before she passed. Now my question is how do I include her in my application? she's 12, I'm the one responsible for her and I have three boys of my own.
I'm eyeing Manitoba and it looks like they have stringent rule about dependant being applicants children. please anyone with knowledge or ideas of how To go about this will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Please, which PNP is currently available? Precisely, the PNP that applicants would not need to go through EE
zandora:
You'll score low due to your age and qualification, the best option would be via PNP.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Phemmie72: 11:35am On Jan 02, 2016
Thanks for your prompt response.

Kindly advise me on the best IELTS materials I can use to prepare my wife for another test.

zandora:
Unfortunately your age will only fetch you 5 out of a maximum 100 points and it would be more difficult to prove your self employment status especially if you aren't operating under a registered business/company . You can try any of the PNP's but count Ontario out since you're definitely not going to score 400 or above. Your best option would be to plead with your wife to really read and retake the IELTS.

Dear Seniors,

Happy New Year!

My plan has been to use my wife as PA for EE due to her favourable age and she is into paid employment. She has taken IELTS twice but, didn't make all the bands, she is not feeling comfortable to retake it. We have both evaluated our certificates through WES.

I am self employed, into sales and marketing of petroleum products, I would be 44 years at my next birthday. I had taken IELTS before too but, didn't make all the bands. Now that my wife is reluctant to retake IELTS and it is the only requirement preventing us from entering the pool, what do you advise me to do?

Thanks.

Thanks for your reply.

1). I am sorry. I didn't mean to quote anybody or that somebody told me but, I was trying to refer to it as included in the refusal letter that I may re-apply if I decided to. Thank you for the clarification.

2). Yes, my life is very much different now than at my last refusal and my circumstances have greatly changed positively

3). Thank you for clarification on the invitation letter

I would work towards the family application when we would all be available for the vacation. I would appreciate your advice on any personal and family requirements I may need for the application.

Regards

Hello Phemmie72,

1) Consular Officers never advise people to reapply at the window after a refusal. Ever. Saying that on your application or at your interview damages your credibility. If you were qualified, we would have issued. You were deemed unqualified. You may be allowed to reapply but we certainly aren't telling you to or advising that course of action.

2) If you were found to be unqualified for a B1/B2 visa, we strongly discourage you from applying applying again unless you feel your circumstances have changed. Read the letter you were given. Is your life different now than at your last refusal? You must do what you believe is right.

3) Invitation letters are not required to visit the United States. Having friends or family there neither hurts nor helps your application. YOU have to qualify for the visa.

Regards,
Abuja NIV Team[/quote]

Dear Consular Officer,

Merry Christmas to you.

Please, I need your advice.

I had applied to US embassies for visiting twice but, I was denied and advised to reapply. A very close friend of mine in the US wants me to come visit his family. Though, I applied alone then but, now with my family. I am self employed with petroleum products' marketing as nature of my business.

My close friend (US Citizen) is suggesting that he should send the invitation letter to my wife this time for the entire family (5 of us) for her to use her vacation period for us to come over to the US early next year 2016. My wife has been working with Federal Government of Nigeria for over 7 years hence, we do not have any problems with all her official documentations including vacation letter. My personal company documents are also intact too to support the application.

Do you advise that we go ahead with the above plan or how best would you advise us to go about it? I have a well funded account I can present as the sponsor for the family trip, my close friend is willing to provide all the supporting documents as well.

I await your advice.

Thanks.

Good day to you.

I am interested in taking a health related programme in a less expensive province in Canada. I have professional master in Managerial Psychology here in Nigeria. Which programme would you advise I apply for and which schools can you recommend for me? I had evaluated my certificate through WES, Canada as equivalent to Canadian master degree.

Thanks.

Thanks for your response.

JesusDWay:
You cannot present a corporate account, the statement has to either be in your name or your spouse's. I'll suggest you move money from your corporate to your personal and that present that and, yes, it can start 31st September.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Phemmie72: 8:34am On Oct 23, 2015
Thanks a lot for your advice.

I am already working on uploading all the documents. I have another questions, can our 3 months bank statement starts from 31st September to 30th December? Can we present more than one account (that is 2 from me - personal and corporate) to support my wife application? I plan to use her as PA because of the age difference between us.

Remain blessed

JesusDWay:
I think you'll qualify for Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Programme. Their requirement in IELTS is not as high as that of other provinces. Check the link below and peruse it well, they should likely open by January 1st or 2nd and I tell you, it can close within minutes because lots of people will likely be applying same time and they would have uploaded all docs, they just seem to click 'Submit' as soon as the application opens so, I'll urge you to upload all docs before the date. Note that the amount they require to be in your bank statement has to have been there 3months prior to application, which invariably mean ending of September of beginning of October so, go and prepare that as well and upload it. Please ensure you check the application guide continously to ensure your occupation or that of wife will be among those they want people for, it's usually towards the last page of the application guide

http://economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/sinp

Also, I think you and your spouse should rewrite the exam and try to score at least 6 in all segments, this will help you apply to other provinces that may be open as many should likely be open by January and also for Express Entry as some provincial programmes are tied to express entry

Dear Seniors,

Good morning to you all.

I am new on this thread but, I need your advice. I have Master Degree here in Nigeria (Managerial Psychology) which was evaluated to be a Canadian Master's Degree from WES in Canada coupled with 6.0 overall band IELTS score on general training. I am planning to take up another graduate programme in Canada.

Please, I need your recommendation on good, affordable universities and provinces with affordable living standard in Canada. I still wish to know if it is compulsory for students to return to home country after programme or there can be a change of visa status.

I look forward to your prompt advice.

Thanks.

Thanks for your comments. Honestly, its a modernized fraud!!! My wife is feeling very bitter about the result as she said insisted something was wrong during when her result was picked for quality control and was not released to her as at when due. Please, I need you seniors to educate me on the concept and correlation of IELTS to EE even after applicants' credentials are evaluated. Are we sure this ugly incessant IELTS result inconsistencies is not only to Nigerian test takershuh

Meanwhile, I need further advice on where to print IELTS Enquiry on Results Form for remarking.
